Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Former tapestry and ceramic workshop of the artist Celeste Mattos, this house designed by the artist, all enclosed by large stained glass windows with lace curtains, has a unique and cozy style. It perfectly accommodates four people in a large double bedroom and on the sofa bed in the living room. It also has a mini mezzanine, hammocks with hooks in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has a variety of utensils, glasses and complete crockery for 6 people.

We are close to Thermas Water Park, Brotas and a few minutes from Serra do Itaqueri. It is definitely the best place for you to get to know our city well. * Prince (cat) no longer lives here.

You'll love my place for its ambiance and neighborhood, a quiet place ideal for rest, 500 meters from the city center, (you do everything on foot). You will find thermal baths with sulfurous waters, good shopping for handicrafts, sweets from the region, rich gastronomy, bike ride, little train, square and sidewalks with benches to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Águas de São Pedro will enchant you!!

The property has a bathroom with a "hot tub," with chromotherapy and ambient sound. There are air-conditioners and fans in all bedrooms and living rooms. It also has a living room with a Home Theater and Smart TV. And to liven up the hosting, there is also a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker. Fully equipped kitchen, with 2-oven stove, Air Fryer, microwave, etc. In the Edicula, there is a barbecue, sink and refrigerator, as well as a hammock, shower and garden.

The small house (40 m2 of construction, but with garage for 2 cars) newly renovated petfriendly with automatic gate, accommodates a couple in the bedroom (double box bed) and there is the possibility of accommodating a small child on the sofa that is in the living room. A very quiet neighborhood, the house is 650 m from the Main Church Square (city center) and 400 m from a good supermarket. It has a beautiful view of the valley that borders the mountain.

The recanto da paz is a farm, where you will have the house for your exclusive use and a living room where 2 people live. We have pets. On this same farm, I rent another cottage. The cottages are far from each other. We have a Home office corner, in case anyone needs to work.
