Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in São Lourenço da Mata

It was wonderful, the view is really indecipherable, you have to see it in person to understand. It has a terrace with an infinity pool facing the sea that is simply perfect. There is a market and a gym on the roof terrace as well. A few minutes' walk from the apartment, there is a beach bar with snacks, a charming old church and a McDonalds. If you don't mind walking a little further, there is a shopping mall and supermarkets. You can visit tourist spots such as Uber's Ground Zero. The apartment is great and functional, it has everything you need to prepare something quick if you need to. Juliana was very charming, she helped us a lot on the last day of the trip with all the support and sympathy. She made up for every minute!

Regarding the owner, I had a lot of ease making contact with him, he responds very quickly and is very attentive, I can also say that he has good taste and creativity, which is reflected in the apartment, whether in the decoration and even in the construction of the apartment. The building has an excellent location, being close to pharmacies, the medical center, markets, restaurants and with access to the main roads of Recife. The apartment is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to an iron, even beauty utensils such as a hair straightener and others (my girlfriend loved that part lol). Both rooms have comfortable beds, one firmer than the other (to suit both tastes). The TVs are up-to-date (smart), so you can watch whatever you want. The apartment has good ventilation, but also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a fan in the living room. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Regarding parking, I liked the fact that I could park in any space in the garage.

The experience was very positive. The place is beautiful and is located in a very quiet area. Our hosts were always attentive to any unforeseen events and were of great help. A highly recommended place.

It's always good to return to this apartment, it always has everything we need. We really enjoyed our stay, we want to come back whenever possible. It is always easy to communicate with the host, she always responds promptly and quickly. We had no problems. We'll be back whenever we can.

Vanusia was very proactive from the beginning, supported me with the check-in time, was very kind in the guidelines regarding the neighborhood and the issues related to the property, in addition to making me extremely comfortable in the space. I felt like part of the family, Vanusia helped me with the arrival of my event and also kindly took me to see a little of the city. I will certainly come back more often!

The house is excellent, very well cared for, with a very good pool and very nice barbecue/ coexistence area. The rooms are large and well accommodate families with children and couples. The kitchen is very well-equipped, you can do everything and with the services of Avelina everything was much better!!! The beach area has a very delicious bath, well worth spending time resting and enjoying Itamaracá. The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.

The accommodation is extremely complete, in addition to being located in a condominium that offers many leisure options. Access is greatly facilitated by not needing keys and the super quiet neighborhood. Indico very much this accommodation option, myself and my friends feel at home.
