Our stay was excellent, the house is faithful to the listing and we felt at home, everything was impeccable, clean, complete, comfortable. Near the house there is everything, supermarkets, pharmacy, the location is great for all the places we need to go. Communication with the host was agile and easy, we needed to stay more days due to work and we resolved it calmly; the power went out on our first day and it was resolved very quickly. There are two houses in the same space with a shared entrance, all very quiet, we had an inconvenience only on Sunday with the resident of the house next door and we communicated with the owner Sônia. The garage is very tight, but we leave the car on the street, it is a very quiet neighborhood. We recommend it with certainty, you can rent without fear! Returning to Rio Preto, we will stay in the same house for sure!

My stay at the house was wonderful. Everything was perfect, very organized and fragrant, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathrooms clean and fragrant, I felt at home, not to mention the pool with warm water for you to enjoy a cozy leisure. Staying in Espaco Amora was sensational. We felt at home and was great to welcome the family. It has entertaining all ages with the barbecue, pool and pool table. All clean and even the pillows were smelling. A safe place with access to bakeries and nearby markets. Sheila quickly answers any questions and also sent suggestions. We'll definitely be back in the future!

Great place and I would particularly stay there for the rest of my life, the place is very cozy, beautiful and gives you that feeling of never having left home. Everything inside the house brings you a good feeling and also brings that feeling that everything was done with great affection for those who visit it. Regarding Andressa: She is a great person, she has a great heart, she helps and assists in whatever you need, it is as if she were someone from the family lol.

the house is a charm, has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 3 bunk beds, 3 single beds with 3 auxiliary beds. It accommodates well up to 14 people to sleep. The pool is amazing, has a grill with some utensils, in addition to 2 bathrooms. Rogério was very attentive, assisting me in every detail, supported me too much during the entire stay. It was all very light and quiet. in the garage only 1 car, but it is very spacious! it has a floor clothes, a new refrigerator and a brewery as well. The gourmet area is well equipped, it also has stools and chairs next to a 6-seat table. all the rooms have a closet where it is possible to accommodate bags and bedding/bathing. The location is quiet and easy to find. I recommend the location and also take repellent and electric/insecticide racket or poison for taking, because in the night period the space is very busy with insects and rsrs. in addition, I hope to rent again as the experience was amazing! Well, they just take a while to release the apartment. I was about to enter at 2:00 p.m., it was 2:20 p.m. they were still cleaning. And they take a long time to pass the password to enter the apartment. Other than that, great location, very cozy and impeccable place.
