This is House 1 of the Condominium, fully individualized. It's nice to sit or enjoy the hammock, facing the street, having a chimarrão or a cold beer. Close by, the barbecue baking A picanha... excellent WIFI. Arriving from the beach, wonderful bath and pressurized water. Room 1: king bed; 40 "tv Bedroom 2: double bed. In the full kitchen room, living room with sofa bed. Location is great: 5 min walk from the main avenues. All designed for full comfort.

Huge, beautiful house a few meters from the beach.

Enjoy a beautiful beach house with a great location, just 3 blocks from Casino Beach and 4 blocks from Rio Grande Avenue. The front of the house has ample lawn space, to park the cars, to relax outdoors and for children to play safely. The back patio features a barbecue and covered space. The rooms are large and cozy, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms have electric shower. The house is airy, safe, on a quiet street!

Very good place, quiet, close to the beach(you can walk, drive, 100m, walk and play in the dunes), supermarket, pharmacy, confectionery, bakery. There's a paved street 50 meters away. We have wi-fi with good quality routers. If you have space in the courtyard you can park or in the street in front monitored by cameras. We really like the neighborhood for its proximity to the beach.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cabanas were built a year ago with thermal insulation that prevents heat from entering as in an ordinary house, with a cold floor, smart TV and barbecue. Security camera and 24-hour guard. Located 5 minutes by car to the beach and to the main avenue. On Nix Street, Quintal and Rios barbecue.
