Fernanda very attentive together with her parents , the house and wonderful , very cozy , everything worked perfectly in the kitchen , clean and working air conditioned, house was clean , our family was very well received by Fernanda and her parents , whenever we needed they were ready to attend . Quiet location for those who want to rest and perfect, close to everything market , restaurants and beach . we will return again and again for sure . thank you Fernanda for all attention

Fabrício's house is amazing! If I go back, I'll definitely stay there again. The house is airy, well lit, the furniture is new, there are several appliances in the kitchen, as well as general purpose utensils. The mattresses are excellent, it felt like I was sleeping at my house. The condominium is safe and easy to access. It was worth the experience! We even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the house was already booked for another family. I highly recommend Fabricio's house.

The house corresponds to the listing, there are some caveats, but I have already passed it on to the host, who is, by the way, extremely helpful and attentive.

The house is very comfortable, spacious and organized. Everything was clean, the essentials needed for a good stay are complete and the host and his wife are kind and solicitous. Although the path that gives access to the condominium where the house is located is still not good enough, because it is under construction which makes it a little distant from the main track, it was a good experience. The closest beach to the house is not so good for bathing, but it has great beaches nearby and the city center of São José is also not far away. Would recommend!

Recanto dos Oliveira's is a place really for you to rest because it's cozy and make everything you need available without leaving home. Host Arthur was always available for our questions and very attentive. Our family was once again delighted with #Sanzé and with everything we experienced in the place. We will definitely return to #Sanzé and if possible to the same accommodation as Arthur! 🤗✌

The flat is even better than in the photos, very luxurious, good taste, in addition to being huge, huge bathroom, the shower is strong and the perfect warmth, there is a closet near the bed that was excellent for storing the bags, the air conditioning freezes the whole apartment, the bed is perfect, mega comfortable, very spacious and the sofa too, the kitchen is very well equipped, everything is very well organized and sanitized, it is very spacious and the table for making meals is great and the chairs, large refrigerator, it freezes quickly and I loved the stove. The owner is very polite, proactive, always responds quickly. The building is well located, polite staff and the pool is wonderful, in the afternoon the pool is warm, perfect, in addition the building is close to the beach and supermarkets. Thank you for hosting us so well, it was an amazing time, I hope to return more often and stay in this flat again, it met our needs very well, all the best to you and your family, God bless your life even more.

We had excellent lodging! We celebrated 50 years of marriage from our parents in the utmost tranquility. the sea bath is calm, hot and relaxing. The housekeeper Joanda is a sympathy. we'll be back for sure. thank you to the owner Patrícia for the attention always given at all times.

Local exactly as in photos. Nice, organized and functional apartment. Bedding could be improved or changed (it appears to be worn) but nothing that bothers you too much. In general, it is worth the rent. I recommend

I was 9 days in the house, with 8 people and two pets, it was a wonderful experience! The even more beautiful and personally organized house. Clean Pool, the amazing atmosphere for my whole family! The beach that is a few meters away is BEAUTIFUL! Super peaceful town hall, in the morning the sand benches allow us to walk and see the most crystal-clear water I've ever seen. In front of the beach there is no bar, so I recommend taking a cooler.

Cilene is a great host. Always polite and very solicitous. The extremely clean house, squid and impeccable towels!! I loved the stay and hope to come back more often.

The house matched the listing and the expected, the furniture was new and in a great state of repair. The hostess always responded quickly, demonstrated flexibility regarding the check-in and checkout and in fulfilling the requests, in addition, she sought to clarify all the questions.

We love everything, from start to finish! Deyse always asks, answered us quickly, days before the trip, went downtown and photographed several places for us, lent us things from her own house, such as an iron and a specific baking pan. We stayed at the house and it was extremely pleasant! Comfortable and close to all the beautiful beaches. Some setbacks have been resolved with great promptness by the host who is super polite and kind. We recommend for sure!

My carnival was perfect, I felt very much at home. First, I want to highlight Álvaro's full attention and warmth. Upon arriving at the house I was very well received by Mrs. Severina(wife of the housekeeper Wellignton), a wonderful lady, and a lot of requests, made me feel at home, the house was clean and impeccable, with a bed and bath . The house is huge, perfect accommodation, it's just like the Photos if not better. Easy to access, practically on the boulevard,nearby there are several pasta peaks, beautiful beaches, walks . Lastly, I loved it and highly recommend the house. Thank you Álvaro, God willing we will come back

gisele Fernanda is a great person, I highly recommend the place, you can book without fear. She was super helpful, she understood our arrival time and especially the departure time. We didn't have any issues with our stay. Local is in the center of São José da Coroa Grande and is very close to all the sights of Maragogi, maximum 20 min drive to downtown Maragogi. Cost benefit is worth too much. Clean room, with air-conditioning, equipped kitchen, super cozy and comfortable. Like I said, you might take it off without fear.

The house is quite cozy and has met our expectations as well as it is on the listing. Márcia was very attentive and greatly facilitated our passage there .

THERE WERE TWO PERFEITOA, ALL WELL ORGANIZED, THE HOST RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY,WHENEVER I NEEDED TO TALK TO HIM, THE HOUSE VERY GOOD, QUIET, EVERYTHING PERFECT, I RECOMMEND AND I HAVE ALREADY SAID THAT I WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR TO SPEND THE CARNIVAL.
