We love Our stay at Amanda's home. Place with lots of green, birds singing. Beautiful and clean pool. Bed linens of Good quality. Amanda served us in everything we requested. Surely, so we can, we'll be back.

The host was very attentive before, during and after the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, with little movement and almost no noise. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and appliances, serving the needs very well. Complete bath and bed linen were offered, with many duvets and blankets, as well as very comfortable pillows. The house was very clean and fragrant, and the bathrooms already had soap and toilet paper available. The showers were great. There were many toys for the children and the pool was clean and ready for use. We just didn't use it because it was too cold. There was a grassy area for cycling and playing ball. My nephew can play in the playground in front of the house, which is in a restaurant belonging to relatives of the host. I recommend the place and hope to be able to return again.

Our stay was quiet, we liked the house very much, very spacious and accommodated us very well. Communication was easy, so we had the necessary support to resolve any problems.

Sr Walter was very flexible at check-in and check-out times. The house is very good, only needs more household items (mainly board and iron) and pillows (they take up a lot of space in the luggage to take). In addition, the housekeeper and his wife are very attentive and helped in everything. The only detail of the accommodation, which does not discredit the announcement at all, is that to get to the "condo" we have to go through a road (very good by the way), but with a lot of dust, about 1km. The condominium is all footwear with cobblestones. I hope to come back every year to stay for Congress.

Great house, cozy, quiet place, all very clean and organized. The house is in a condominium with full security. Hosts are responsive and very polite. The sunset can be seen from the balcony of the room, this was a spectacle aside. Wonderful and fun stay. I and my family will definitely return and refer it to friends. SUPER RECOMMEND!!!!

The photos match the place, which perfectly met our needs. Spacious and comfortable 2-story house and access is via stairs. It must have been luxurious, it currently needs conservation repairs. 3 large bedrooms, 1 suite with bathtub on the second floor (where the property is accessed), TV with channels and a countertop for home office. Large living room and anteroom with access to TV with channels and good internet with router. Full kitchen (Cooktop stove, simple refrigerator, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker and grill - I did not use this), the utensils are old and in good quantity, some do not work well, but perfectly meet the basic needs of 15/20 people. Outdoor area with barbecue, stove, duplex refrigerator, a very large L-shaped bench, wood-burning oven, sink, swimming pool, deck and L-shaped covered area and well-kept lawn. good night lighting (balconies, pool and deck) Kennel. Super flexible and polite host, responds promptly.

Gilberto was a great host and his place provided us with a great experience! The place is very quiet! Ideal for those who want to get away from the urban environment and have a beautiful tennis court right in front of their suite! The mini suites are cozy and clean! The other spaces are shared, complete and clean! Nearby a beautiful landscape of great standard farms, a beautiful lake and good walks for a walk. It was a very pleasant stay!

The place is beautiful , organized and super clean. Diogo is an exceptional person, he has given us all the attention. Even helped us to locate the locations we need to go in the town of Juiz de Fora. It was very worth it!

A perfect site to rest. Great hosts, are many friendly and receptive giving full attention. No Sítio has dams,fish, harvest jambo in the foot... The town was all great and we indicated the Site as a perfect place to rest and relax your mind.

We had a great week with family at the sitio. Beautiful surroundings and great outdoor area for bbq and swimming just as on the pictures. Although Leopoldina can get very hot, the house was cool and fresh. The caretaker of the sitio always very friendly and helpful when needed. Communication with Eduardo has been good. Hope to come back another time!
