A complete 105m2 apartment, located in São João De Rei, near the Águas Santas resort (Tiradentes), the space is ideal for those who want to enjoy the historic cities or simply relax, taking advantage of our double hot tub, solar heated pool, view of the Serra de São José, 35m2 bedroom with a king-size bed and balconies with hammocks. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, has a separate entrance and privacy. The pool is the only shared area of the space.

Stylish, airy, bright and quiet flat-type apartment in a building with an elevator. Fully equipped with brand new appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, pots, dishes, etc. You can walk to the Church of São Francisco de Assis, the federal campus (UFSJ) and the liveliest bars. It is also close to the historic center. The building has a fitness center, sauna, co-work, laundry and a small swimming pool. Double bed and a mattress bed.

Our house is very cozy, fully renovated, has 2 bedrooms, TV room integrated with the dining room, kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils! The furniture is new, from demolition, which gives a special charm to the house. It has a beautiful leisure area with a barbecue, lawn, a shower and a nice pool for hot days! It has a private garage, for greater comfort and safety! The location is in the historic center, next to the Santíssimo church!

The house is very well located. We did everything on foot. In addition, the house is well equipped and the bedding was very smelling. The outdoor area is great with a very nice swimming pool. The host Bernadete responded to our requests quickly. We recommend for sure!

Jhozyas was extremely kind and helpful from the first contact. The photos represent the property and we did not have any surprise or inconvenience. The district is very close to downtown and at the same time is very quiet for those who want to calm and rest, as well as being an excellent terrain in which we are very comfortable. The room has air-conditioning also helps in these arid times. I highly recommend it.
