Excellent benefit cost. We made a family trip and the place met - and exceeded - our expectations. We already have plans to return as soon as possible. Large and spacious house, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Simone has demonstrated a lot of proactivity in answering the doubts that arose prior to booking. I highly recommend it.

I loved the house of Danuzia very much, exactly as in the pictures and even better! Very clean, cozy and tidy. We had all the utensils we need! Danuzia was a love and has always remained respectful and charitable with us, responding quickly and answering our doubts. The house has the best location to stay in São João, we were able to enjoy the carnival a lot without having to spend a lot on driving because the house is close to everything! You can walk to the main avenue where the trios and samba parades take place. We'll definitely go back and recommend it to friends!

I had an excellent experience in the stay! Jerônimo was extremely helpful and always available to help with what was necessary. The house was impeccably organized, very clean and perfectly met my expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming and well cared for, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a beautiful home and it's as advertised. Philipe always at the disposal, everything very well explained, we had some temporary problems that were quickly resolved by Philipe, the cleaning was not grade 10 more was clean enough that it did not bother. Beds ok, pool ok, fridge and stove ok. The location is one of the best in Grussai, as it is on the main street between the merchants and the beach, to go to the beach 5 min walk, to go to the trades also +/- 5min, so the point was perfect. In the end it was very worthwhile, I have already indicated it to relatives and I will definitely return at another time.

I spent a wonderful week at Jonathan's house with my family. The space is great for barbecue and relax in the pool. It is also possible to reach the beach of Gruassaí on foot with a 15-minute walk, also close to the Gastronomic Pole. A point of attention is the distribution of water in the neighborhood, which requires some attention from guests to avoid surprises, but nothing to hinder the overall experience as the house has reservoirs. Last but not least, Jonathan and Lucas were super attentive during our reception and stay, answering our doubts promptly and giving recommendations from local bars and restaurants.

The house is even more beautiful in person than in photos. We were in a group of 9 people and were very well accommodated. Patricia and Dudu were there to welcome us and were a dear! Patrícia always available to help us. We love it!

Very good space. The apartment is easy to find, safe. Air, fan, tv, working internet. Simple but cozy apartment, we liked it a lot and Rogério is super nice, attentive and open to suggestions to improve his property and the stay of his guests. We'll be back!
