It's been an amazing weekend with family. The house is even better than in the photos, everything impeccable. The wonderful host, the house is a beauty, I will return without a doubt.

The house is very well structured and newly renovated! The rooms are large, spacious backyard with barbecue area with sink and wooden table in the outdoor area, the Host left beach chairs available, plenty of kitchen utensils, there are shops in the vicinity that held our last minute needs well, the house corresponds to the photos. I will definitely return! The service was great and the pool was very clean. Congratulations

Great experience! We will definitely be back more often. The residence is amazing, air-conditioned rooms great , well-equipped kitchen. Very welcoming and cozy house. Pleasant family atmosphere to enjoy with the entire family. The swimming pool /leisure area is also wonderful. Super close to the beach ( calm, good for children). The condominium has a playground and is also very quiet. Boa requested for those who want peace, tranquility and rest. The hosts are very thoughtful and kind. Address Fácil Access. The location is super quiet, the nearby beach is great for bathing and also for surfing. The house is quite complete with household utensils and everything was clean and organized. Communication was also excellent.

I loved the accommodation, the house being in great condition, super clean and organized. The rooms are huge and the pool is amazing.

The house matches the listing! We had wonderful family days and we greatly took advantage of the outside space of the house, especially the swimming pool and barbecue area. We had some setbacks, but André was at all times willing to solve it, with a lot of education and cordiality. As in other comments, we noticed that the house needs maintenance, especially on the roof, as we are in the rainy season , some leaks appeared on the balcony and infiltration into the wall of the single room, but nothing that hindered our stay. My children loved and had a lot of fun!

We made the reservation 13 hours before the check in time, yet the owner took care that we were well received. The property is as described in the images, close to shops and beach. The owner relaxed check-out. Everything went well!

The house is excellent! everything very clean, organized and well decorated (with the exception of the Vasco. rs symbols). The 6 bedrooms are airy and accommodate guests well. Casa with total privacy, children had a lot of fun with the sand court, a very good space for countless games that can roll until the night due to the reflectors that illuminate the court well. I found the spaces larger than in the photos. Well-equipped kitchen and still has a mini-fridge, a fridge and a horizontal freezer that work very well. We had an unexpected problem with the water pump pipe but Pedro Henrique sent the housekeeper quickly to resolve the issue even though it was 9pm on Dec 31. The beach was very calm and was very shallow for a long stretch in the water (I walked a lot into the sea and tired before finding the deep part), excellent for children. On the last day, people didn't want to leave, we almost ordered one more night.

Modern and perfect environment, I recommend it and I will return more often.

José Roberto was a great host and was also very flexible with regard to check-in and checkout time. The house has a great structure, is very new and complete. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the cleaning of the house, as some rooms were dusty, since we had a baby on the trip and the app charges a significant cleaning fee.

Very spacious and comfortable house, has a sandy block, it was great to be with my son and nephew, we enjoyed it a lot! Host Paulo was very kind, proactive and timely in return!

Very good! The house is much better than what is written! The pool, the leisure area, the rooms, everything was wonderful! I'll definitely be back soon!
