1 of 5 Studio Apartments at Rosehill in Douglas

DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Had such an amazing time at Kim's incredible loft style apartment in Richmond Hill. The place was exactly as the photos pictured and more with a stylish & modern kitchen area with a balcony giving guests an unspoiled view of the surrounding countryside. She had a lovely bottle of wine and fresh local bread, butter and milk waiting for us on arrival and the kitchen had everything from an air fryer to champagne flutes. Laundry facilities are available also with a washing machine & dryer on the ground floor. On the day of checkout my flight didn't leave until late afternoon and Kim was more than happy to allow me to relax in the place until I needed to get my flight. One of her partners helping her to expand the business - John even gave us a lift into Douglas one evening and a ride to the airport when departing, which was really helpful. Kim is one of the top hosts on Airbnb and for good reason - you will struggle to find and more helpful, friendly and accommodating host anywhere

The Mill House & Grounds for Groups or Events

CarolRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Thank you both for making us all feel so welcome and being flexible to our changing ferry travel schedule. We all feel you both went above and beyond what we would expect of a host but it made our stay more pleasurable and we have been able to make some fun family and friend memories. We were blessed with good weather, always a benefit but we feel despite this we would have been able to enjoy the property and gardens in less clement weather. Thank you, I wish you both well and we would hope to return in the future.

The Clays

One of the most amazing air bnb houses I have ever stayed in. When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome pack with an array of amazing goodies, filled with essentials and treats. The decor is stunning and super comfortable bedding. The kitchen is well equipped and lead out to a decking with outdoor seating with some beautiful views. My family and I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the island

Cosy Nook (Broogh Fort Cottages)

Definitely worth every single penny we spent in the 2 weeks we was there Hospitality was amazing anything we could have wanted and more. The added basket was a bonus as we arrived late with a 2week old baby. Cottage was cozy and felt like home away from home would 100% stay here again couldn’t fault it. Private, relaxing especially after my other half just giving birth. Hot tub was always checked and was lovely touch to the cottage especially during sunset. The cottage had everything you could possibly want and more even down to things like cotton buds, ring lights, smart tv, toothpaste and toothbrush sets, the list goes on with how many extras was in that cottage which was super helpful. Cottage even had a water hose so you could wash your car. Just want to say a massive thank you again for our lovely stay and for your hospitality as it didn’t go unnoticed. Would recommend anybody staying in the Isle of Man to go there. Thank you again!!

Fairy Lodge

JasonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A few relatives and I, stayed at Jane’s Fairy Lodge retreat for a few days over Easter. Before arriving Jane was extremely attentive, communicating frequently and even asking us what provisions we’d prefer for breakfast. Upon arrival, she gave us a home tour of our accommodation. It was warm, clean, and extremely cosy. Jane had added little personal touches around the house, such as freshly cut flowers and toiletries. The location was fabulously handy, being so close to the bus stops, and the steam railway train station, of Santon. This enabled easy access to Douglas and further afield. All in all, it really did feel like a home from home, making our return home, after long days out, a real pleasure. If you want a place to stay that you’ll be 100% happy with, stay at Fairy Lodge. Thank you again Jane, for making us feel so welcome! Jason and family x
