We loved our stay in Civitella Roveto. The place is very cute, with a wonderful view, and has everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, really wonderful people. The town is in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, with easy access to larger cities nearby and Rome, and has many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

The accommodation at Noemi and Alessandro's was simply great. Everything corresponds to the photos and description, it is clear that the apartment is maintained with love and care. The arrival instructions were detailed and accurate, so we easily found and accommodated ourselves. Thank you Noemi for your kindness to my above-standard breast regarding sleeping. Beautiful terrace and departure without problems. I can only recommend!!

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; the bathroom is very clean, the bed, sheets and wardrobe are equally so, and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other properties. I can’t say enough positive things about Marco’ and his AirBNB. Marco was a phenomenal host who was very responsive and understanding. I had misunderstood something but Marco was very understanding and kind about it which I appreciated very much. The place itself is beautiful and pristine. The apartment was also very well made. I loved the interior design and overall aesthetic. The apartment was very welcoming and exuded a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect as it is right near the town square. The price was unbeatable and more than fair, especially considering how nice the apartment is and where it’s located. There’s also a garage on the property, which was incredibly clutch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking of visiting L’Aquila or any nearby towns. This AirBNB ticks all the boxes and I can’t find a single drawback. Five stars out of five.

Excellent apartment, very clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, which is very useful and pleasant, everything was necessary. The sea is 10 minutes' walk, supermarkets, various cafes, restaurants are all within walking distance. Even a fish shop with fresh fish and seafood. The owner is always in touch, even when we turned on a lot of electrical appliances a couple of times and the electricity went out, the owner immediately helped to figure it out and turn everything on, although it was a weekend evening. Thank you for your hospitality, understanding and help! We recommend the apartment 100%!

I enjoyed my stay. Roberto provided very good insights about the surrounding area. What I loved most, is that he provided a bicycle! The beach is close and quiet, not very touriste, but if you prefer busy, it's very close. One thing... it's very close to a major road AND train tracks.

Nicola’s apartment is very comfortable convenient for Guardiagrele and is very modest and well appointed. We really appreciated the free breakfast at a near by cafe in the middle of Guardiagrele and the information Nicola provided 😊

Apartment located in the historic center of Scanno (full pedestrian area), very clean, quiet, well distributed (living area upstairs) and equipped with everything and beyond what you need to have a great stay. The apartment was clean, with excellent location, on a wlking distance to restaurants, magazines. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paola's place in Teramo. Paola was a very attentive host and quick to respond.

We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend if you want to live a relaxing and peaceful experience surrounded by greenery and excellent location as it is just a few minutes from the ski resorts.

The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!

Words are not enough to describe how incredibly beautiful it is here! It's all even more beautiful than in the photos! Raffaele & Carla are fantastic hosts and have created an absolute paradise here. Thought of every detail and created a place from which you don't want to leave with a lot of love and incredible care. The property is a dream as well as the view of mountains and sea! The apartments are equipped with everything you need! They also gave us the most amazing tips for restaurants and excursions and were always on hand if we needed anything. Great private house just on the edge of Avezzano, with great views of the town. Plenty of space, very comfortable, and very easy check in and departure.
