Lovely holiday house. Didi was our point of contact and she was very friendly and helpful. There were 7 of us, all adults and the house was ideal for us.

Really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive. Tried to make sure we were comfortable. Great location. Fabulous coffee store just steps away.

We had a great stay in Lisboa at Chiho and Nuno’s apartment. It was close enough to Alfama to experience the culture but not close enough that it was noisy or busy where we were. I felt very safe. The apartment had everything we needed and was well-equipped. Thanks for having us

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

It’s our second time here and our stay was as welcoming as the first. Ana and Jorge’s place is perfectly situated near great restaurants one right next door plus a 15 minute walk to Marquês Pombal and Parque Eduardo Sétimo which has a magnificent view of Lisbon and of the castle from the top. Ana and Jorge always checked on us and left a variety of local foods and beverages upon our arrival that we were so grateful for. Even during our stay Jorge left delicious pastries by the door so not to bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return!!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Altus with seven adults and four kids. The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty do space for everyone. The kids loved the playroom and the games room, and we all enjoyed the fantastic heated pool. The setting is spectacular amongst the vineyard covered hills, and we ate all of our meals outdoors. It was an easy drive to the coast, where we found beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Lina was wonderfully helpful, and let us check in early and out late, which was great for the babies’ nap schedules. The rooms also have blackout shutters, which helped them adjust to the time change. She provided cribs and high chairs for them. We were also really happy that the pool area is fenced and gated, which made it easier for parents to relax during meals on the patio! Finally for the adults, the showers are amazing. Great pressure and really hot water. I’d recommend Lina and Villa Altus to anyone. It really was perfect.

We spent a few days in Nathy's apartment, which has a magnificent view of the ocean. The accommodation is impeccable and very well decorated . Nathy welcomed us very well on arrival and gave us all the necessary information to allow us to have a good stay. And also, we had a basket filled with sweets, wine, bread and other goodies. I recommend this very well located and exceptional accommodation with this magnificent view of the sea and 5 minutes' walk to the beach.

This location was a hidden gem. The view is unmatched and the infinity pool was a bonus. It felt like a dream. Annemie was very welcoming and we loved the friendly cat! It definitely felt like our second home and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their perfect getaway under the sun.

This place is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. We slept peacefully and truly enjoyed the comfortable space. It’s within walking distance to many great restaurants and cafés. Rodrigo and Afonso were wonderful hosts who made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we hope to return to Lisbon and would love to stay here again.

Absolutely the nicest Airbnb we ever stayed in! First, we were able to check in early and the property manager met us and showed us around the place, with local recommendations. Apartment itself was beyond expectations, pictures do not do it justice. So beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need (even noise machines!) Air conditioning worked great, as it was really hot outside and we did a lot of walking. Would recommend this to our most particular friends when they are traveling to lisbon!

Tiago's place was the perfect antidote to a couple of days in beautiful and busy Lisbon. If you're looking for peace, then this is the place for sure. All we could hear throughout the days and nights was the wind in the trees, and birds. And speaking of which, this part of Portugal is famous for its storks - who you'll find nesting in abundance around the area. Amazing. There's a hammock to read or sleep in, as well as various places to hang out in the extensive garden. Perfect for chilling! The house has everything you need, and when we entered the kitchen, we found red wine, beers, fruit, and cheese; all for us. I can't recommend this place highly enough. And when you venture out south to the beautiful countryside of Comporta, you'll find deserted beaches (at least when were there in early May - off season) as far as the eye can see. We will be coming back.. maybe every year!

Passing through for 2 days, we discovered a peaceful place in the middle of nature, tastefully decorated. Very quiet place, superb landscape when opening the curtains. We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We hosted an intimate wedding at the Quinta and everyone loved it. It has nice views morning and night. The quinta is big to have some family stay over with us. Antonio is very responsive whenever we need help aswell. A little bit hard to find on google maps or uber/bolt, but you just need to be clear on instructions for guests coming. Sintra town is very closeby too, lots of parking space if you have car 😊

Everything was great, we had a really nice and peaceful stay. There seems to be a quarry not far and it made some noise but not too much. And in the evening there was an event nearby with loud music that was a bit disturbing. I don’t know if it’s a regular thing.

This was our second visit and Alice was as friendly, welcoming and hospitable as ever. The house is spotless, well equipped and comfortable with superb facilities across the site. The pool was fantastic, the locality quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning again.

Obsessed with the serenity of my stay at the cottage. Zero issues: host so responsive to my questions. Walking to the beach was such a fun adventure! I much preferred it to driving! I felt safe and location was easy to find with coordinates!

Although we have previously visited Portugal , this was our first time in Cascais. Teresa & Pedro made our decision easy to chose their homely apartment. Their communication were fast, friendly and extremely informative. The apartment is bright and airy with the bonus of a swimming pool. It was never busy and a great spot to chill out and relax on very hot days. The neighborhood is quiet for a good nights sleep after a busy sightseeing day. The supermarket Pingo Doce is roughly a 10 minute walk. There is also a small local shopping mall less than a 10 minute walk away. You can walk into Cascais centre in around 20 minutes. Cascais has a lot to offer. It has museums, lovely beaches, great restaurants and lovely parks. The marina area is also well worth a visit. We visited Lisbon on public transport which is fairly straightforward. We also visited Sintra which is a must but even in early June extremely busy. Filipa's Alfama Airbnb was truly impeccable. We all agreed that this Airbnb made our vacation. This was our first time in Portugal, and we would come back just for this Airbnb. It was clean, picturesque, centrally located, and made for a relaxing vacation. Our favorite aspects were the location, natural light, and swimming pool. Filipa was responsive, helpful, and kind. I recommend staying here to anyone. We loved staying in the heart of Alfama – the neighborhood was walkable and full of restaurants and sightseeing. Our only feedback was that it was a little difficult to locate on Google Maps upon arrival, but once we remembered the location, it was easier. So absolutely worth it.
