La casa posee dos areas: Casa Duplex y Minicasa Capybara (las dos son para uso de la familia que la reserva) es decir tres dormitorios, dos baños, sala, cocina, comedor, parqueadero, zona de descanso al aire libre. No tiene areas comunes con ningun húesped.
