My family and I had a relaxing time at Riche's place. It was very homey and everything is in order and clean. Riche was very accommodating and responds quickly to request. We did not encounter any difficulties in checking in and out. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Great place to stay for a big group like ours! There’s ample space for people to move around, and good sized rooms. Very nice view too! Elevator is fast. Very responsive host. Uptown also has everything! All in all an awesome stay!

We had a very comfortable stay and very much worth the price. The room as clean and cozy and had most of the things you'd need. The free parking as easy and accessible, it was a bit tight to maneuver so just don't bring an oversized car. Definitely would stay again!

The place was amazing, just as in the photos. The balcony has an amazing view, the pools are accesible and the two AC units, as well as a very nice bed, made our stay very comfortable. The shower with hot water is also great and easily adjustable. Also the keyless entrance was very convenient for us. All in all, I could easily recommend this place, especially for couples. We had a really great stay at this airbnb. The place was clean and is complete with all the things that we needed at the time. Pros: - The place was very clean and spotless - The airbnb is also accessible since it is near restaurants and groceries within the area - Checking in was also easy and the host is responsive to our queries Cons: - The comfort room is a bit dark due to the lighting Overall a great find for an airbnb and will surely book again.

We had a GREAT stay. I highly recommend this listing! Ms. Teresita was very responsive, accommodating, and fair. If may requests din kami, she tried her best to help. Malinis yung place, maayos, maraming cooking equipments—super okay talaga if you plan to just cook at home rather than eat out. Very home-y and warm din ng vibe! Para kang nasa bahay lang. No problem din with the neighbors, wala namang maingay, rude, or anything. Tabi lang sya ng main road (Dr. Sixto) so transpo was not a problem. If I had to say one downside, we spotted little cockroaches, but yung mga super liit lang, and I don't think galing sila sa house mismo. We kept the house clean naman at all times. Parang galing yata sa labas pero na-attract lang since occupied yung unit. All things considered, I had a really great stay! I would definitely come back if ever need ko ulit ng place! :)

Awesome place for rest and relaxation. The host was incredible and very accomodating, the ammeneties are accurate from the listing, the location is quiet and peaceful, the caretaker attends to our concerns nicely. We stayed for 3D2N with Senior and Kids and we all had a great stay, the space will be enjoyed by all ages. Value for money, it actually exceeded our expectations. The place was cooled already and very clean when we arrived, ensuring that guests will get to relax the moment they enter. Great for all setup (Family / Friends). Every corner/space in the house offers a way to relax, from cozy beds, fully equipped kitchen, pool area with projector, massage chair, and more.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbb! The apartment was comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything right below the building-super convenient for dining, shopping, and more. The host was responsive and helpful, though the caretaker was a bit late during both check-in and check-out times. Despite this, I still had a great experience, especially enjoying the Netflix option for some downtime. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central, comfortable spot to stay! Will be back soon for sure!

This is our second time in this place, and I’ve made some realizations. Compared to other I’ve found online, this is significantly cheaper. In person, the house is even more beautiful. It’s spacious for a group of six, and the owner has thought of comfort when designing the house. This one stands out as the nicest. They have two bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate our group. They have a variety of appliances, including a BRIO water dispenser and elegant fridge, a microwave, an oven, and washing machine. Their furniture is smart, and they even have extra folding chairs. They have 3 units of AC and they have 3 units of smart ceiling fans. They also have a strong Wi-Fi connection. Overall, we really enjoyed my experience with this house, and it is a sin for me if I forget to mention the very kind and accommodating assistance we got from Rachel and Ralph. This is our go-to staycation haven for sure.

I really love Rose’s place! The location was close to Shangrila and Megamall and the greenfield district is also right around the corner! The space was big and the view faces Shangrila so you have a good view of the city! I would recommend staying here if you want a chill place within Ortigas/Shaw

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the kids have toys, books and even towels. The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson!
