Great period that I was at the site (more than 1 month) , as the house is in the back there is not the noise of the street, which is very good! The garage is automatic , which makes it easy to get in and out for those who have a car. Mr. Bruno uses the garage to mess with some cars, as I left too early and arrived very late, I had no problems with it. Region with close commerce, square, fast lava, gym, market, pharmacy, etc. local home office and or study well-equipped with internet 💯 Dona Anitta was exceptional!!! Rural helped me a lot!!! From the coffee shop to a day that helped me with an umbrella, helped me with the washed clothes, and berries. All this additional, that is, it has no obligation to do and does so willingly. Saudade da Patrícia (cachorra) which from the day I arrived until the last day when I saw myself jumped into me… kkk

The house is impeccable ! I forgot I was in São Paulo, very tasteful and complete! Nothing is missing, extremely elegant, and comfortable!

Perfect stay, communication with Alexandre is great, great host The house is rustic, I really liked the decor, it has a delicious wooded backyard where we ate our meals. It is airy, well lit nor does it look like it is in such a central region of SP. We were 7 guests and has a good place to stay for everyone Cleaning note 10. I highly recommend it!

This is the second time I've booked the space, and just like the first time, I loved it. The place is impeccable, very beautiful, I felt at home. We had a fantastic stay at Aline’s place. The space was large and spacious. With two bedrooms, three toilets, and two showers there was just so much space The kitchen was amply and very neatly supplied making it so easy to cook at home. There were even plenty of containers for leftovers! The tile floors kept the place cool and there are ceiling fans in the bedroom as well. There’s also a portable fan and an air cooler for extra cooling. Note there is no air conditioning. But above it all is Aline! Aline is an absolute rock star. She was outside to greet us and show us in. She was incredibly accommodating when we needed some wiggle room on timing. She sent us great recommendations for the neighborhood. Aline is the type of host Airbnb guests dreams of—warm, welcoming, and understanding. Knowing you get a great host is a huge pull for us. Strong recommendation for Aline!

Roberta is an excellent host, always available, she is understanding, flexible, proactively responds quickly and helpfully. The flat and the apartment block are exceptional. Would definitely stay at Roberta's apartment(s) again: have already booked for another stay on a return to São Paulo

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

Sensational experience. Complete kitchen utensils, with several options. Super organized. Table items, very complete. From wine glasses to simple but necessary items. Great layout of the rooms. Huge TVs. Even a first aid kit was provided by the Host. Only compliments!!!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Luiz's apartment is great! Large, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication is great, he responds promptly and helped us a lot with an early check-in. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a staircase to get to the apartment, since the elevators stop between the floors. But anyway, we love it and will be back when we can!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The apartment was spotless and everything within was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The closet had enough clothes hangers for our clothes. We were also happy to have heating in the unit since the temperature in São Paulo was a bit cool the first evening. The washer and drier in the unit was much appreciated. The building felt very secure and has pleasant staff. It is near many restaurants, stores and night life. The communications with Marcos was excellent. Responses to our inquiries were quick. We will definitely stay here again.
