Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Santiago

Definitely recommend this flat,clean,great location just a few blocks from the bus stop which was really handy. Super markets & restaurants around,safe quiet neighborhood, great amenities. 10/10

Nivaldo is a very responsive, pleasant and caring host. He made himself available throughout the stay and offered us extra sheets on the coolest nights. The apartment is very well located, 10 min from the beach. All rooms are very clean with all the necessary amenities. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect, I was very pleased with the stay. The owner is very nice, and everything was explained very clearly. I highly recommend it.

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

Frankly my experience in Cape Verde could not have gone better, I really enjoyed the accommodation and the host was always there for us, we lacked nothing and at no time did we feel disturbed frankly I recommend it

Communication with Gerson was always very quick and easy. when we arrived the T2 we rented was not ready, so we had to spend the first night at a t1 and share bed. as we were two friends there was no inconvenience, but it would have been boring if we were two friends of the opposite dry. We only knew this impossibility when we arrived and the next day we moved to T2 (also giving more work with bags and organization). t2 does not have hot water.. I had not noticed this until it arrived but maybe it was I who did not see the information. intermet does not work on T2, which was enough boring since I had to work.... otherwise, everything is ok.

The place was spacious, way larger than the photos present. It was a lovely surprise. The house, community and host welcomed us as if we were family. The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is walkable, peaceful, safe, beautiful, with a beach up the road. There are restaurants around and stores walking distance. We are very lucky and grateful to have found this place and definitely recommend!

I was staying in a bedroom with terrace and alone in a large house with access to the bathroom and kitchen! The house is located in a quiet area! The main street is a 2-min walk away or you will find quite a few restaurants, mercado (supermarket)! It is not even 10 minutes from the main square with also other choices of restaurants or children's activities! 10 min driving to the Kebra beach where there is a shopping mall! Nilsa and her husband my very well hosted and her very responsive! Thanks again for the reservation! See you soon!

A friend and I stayed at Maria's place as we were visiting Calheta for the first time. From my initial outreach to Maria, she was always responsive and very accommodating. Maria and her family were very welcoming and friendly. They hosted us for a lovely breakfast and a few unexpected friends even came over. Maria's place is in a very walkable area and close to a beautiful cliff over looking the ocean. Highly recommend.

Spectacular views from the veranda!! Perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a book. This house was great. We are a large family and there was plenty of space and beds for us all. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, Inira’s house is the perfect retreat from the city. Inira was very responsive during our stay with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again, we truly enjoyed our stay.

The house is very spacious. There were 8 of us and we rented it in full for a week. Good bedding, large bright rooms with bathroom for each. There is no living room but an inner courtyard for meals and we had a workshop there since we were in Santiago to draw. the cleaning was done several times, the beds redone and our requests were immediately followed by effect, thanks to Salomé, the contact on site. There is a caretaker who watches the house at night and settles in front of the door. The neighborhood is quiet and everything is on foot. The adrese is a little blurry because no street name, it is perpendicular to Rue Liceu, a little below the college. We asked a student by showing her the photo, which is very typical. Some points to improve: a hole in the washing machine pipe, a kettle would be appreciated and the lighting a little dim in the courtyard. We felt great.

Beautiful seaside villa with pool. Friendly staff, very clean. No food options nearby but the villa has a fully equipped kitchen.
