very nice place. Saritaji and her husband Nibaranji are the perfect hosts, affable and very helpful. the staff members are also very good. perhaps the only small issue was the location, it's a wide nice road that connects two highways. so one needs own vehicle, or depend on local autorickshaws, which are not that frequent. We didn't face any problem as we had our car. Saritaji, though, helped here as well and connected us to a very nice car service. overall, highly recommend.

My Little Slice of Deoghar: Just back from Nutan Homestay and had to share! This place isn't just accommodation—it's someone's carefully crafted home that you get to stay in. The thoughtful touches everywhere made daily life effortless. My favourite spot was the outdoor seating area. I loved catching up with local friends in the evening. Nutan and Narendra are the kind of hosts you hope for but rarely find. They were attentive without being intrusive, offering genuine warmth that made conversations feel natural rather than forced. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to share it made exploring Deoghar much more rewarding. I had all the privacy I needed, but never felt alone. The hosts were brilliant with local recommendations that saved me from tourist traps. Simply put, it felt like having a home with friends looking out for you.

It was great stay , place is clean. Host is very cooperative and responsive. Small suggestion(Like some facilities for cloth drying etc) which I will share with host.

Traditional Bengali house in Chittaranjan — that being the baseline it was terrific. Everything stay wise was comfy … little things like coffee au tea with a water heater — those little conveniences and considerations mattered to me. Lovely stay esp engaging with uncle and aunty — expect Bengali niceties.. thx Sabyasachi and best.
