The house is amazing, just like in the pictures. The house is equipped with everything you may need, everything is in perfect condition and clean. The food service is excellent. Lina and Henry's attention made our stay perfect. Recommended 10/10.

We spent a few very quiet days with the family. The house is very nice, comfortable and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay; the photos perfectly reflect the house and the landscape. It's ideal to relax and disconnect from everyday life. Maria Fernanda is very friendly and helpful; she was always attentive. We would definitely go back.

It is hard to describe how great my experience was. I booked it motivated by the landscape and the idea of being away from noise and pollution but Ocio y cultura was much more than that! The place is absolutely gorgeous. We arrived later than expected and woke up next day to a breathtaking view pretty much right from our doorstep! Gustavo and Clara Ines are wonderful people who would go out of their way to make you feel pampered and spoiled. They are open minded, funny and are very respectful of your privacy if you wish to have it. I loved it so much that I am planning to go back this weekend for another dose right before going back to the US. Difícil describir lo maravillosa que fue nuestra experiencia en Ocio y Cultura. El lugar es un paraíso de relajación y comodidad para aquellos que como yo buscan desconectarse del bullicio que se vive en muchas de las ciudades Colombianas y el estrés que manejo en mi cotidiano fuera de Colombia. Mis invitados y yo nos sentimos acogidos, respetados y consentidos por Clarita y Gus quienes nos trataron como parte de su familia, dándonos la privacidad y atención que no esperábamos. Les recomiendo este hermoso lugar! C'est presque impossible de vous décrire l'expérience que mes invités et moi ont eu chez Clara et Gustavo. L'endroit est si beau qu'on se croit au milieu d'un conte de fée. Les montagnes sont par tout, tout est vert est calme. Si vous le désire ils peuvent vous faire à manger...J'ai adoré ce qu'ils ont fait pour nous. Je vous le recommande!

An oasis in the middle of Bucaramanga! Our stay at Vilma's and her family's home was simply amazing. We found a small paradise full of nature, surrounded by a forest full of birds, which made us feel at peace. The coffee they produce themselves is delicious, a real gem that you can't miss! Vilma and her family were exceptional hosts, always attentive and warm. We recommend this place 100% and we certainly hope to return in the future. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Very quiet place to rest

Great place to stay with family and friends

We were in the family the first days of January 2024, the hacienda is very nice, there are activities for children, young people, adults. Quite a green area, trees, gardens; the house is large and with many environments to enjoy. There is a pool, play area, basketball court, others. Excellent for getting away from the city. The access road in good condition, about 20 minutes from Barichara. The people in charge took good care of us.

It's one of the best or the best place I've ever stayed at. Beautiful place, excellent amenities, clean and above all the hosts are excellent people. Highly recommended place.

The cabin is very cozy, it is very well equipped, the blankets are warm and is a very quiet place to rest and get away from the stress of the city, Yuly is very friendly and always willing to provide her help

Daves place was a real adventure. I think we were the first so were not sure how it would all pan out but it was great. Its a real working ranch! We went for a ride the day we arrived to see the sunset across the fields and forests. We are not horse riders but it was just fine, we got the old and tranquil horses to ride on, took our time, all good. And the next day got up early with the cowboys to move the cows from one field to another and see more of the place. Its big. Its quite something to hear 100 cows thunder by with cowboys whooping from all directions. Gets pretty hot by around 11am so we chilled in the pool the afternoon. Arriving took some coordination via Dave bc my Spanish is nothing great he got the lead cowboy to meet us and take us the last kilometers to the ranch. Take yr food and drinks there are no stores nearby. Basically it was a very cool dude ranch experience we used to break up travelling from Bogota to Medellin and see more of real Colombia.

Felipe & Jane were wonderful hosts; loved the serenity and peace of the place and our family had a great time! Felipe & Jane were always attentive to our needs and helped made our stay a wonderful one!

The amazing place, with my wife we enjoyed the place so much that we didn't want to go, the excellent attention, I would return without hesitation.

An ideal place to rest, an incredible view. Miguel and Mrs. Berta were very nice throughout our stay.

Fabiola and her family's house is beautiful and cozy. Everything was very clean and the house is fully equipped. If you have dogs like us, they will enjoy the green areas 100%. We made campfires, walked around the surroundings and the weather was perfect. There is no phone signal but the wifi of the house works super well! Fabiola is very attentive at all times to any questions we had. Highly recommended if they want to disconnect from the routine.

Getting to this space is definitely a gift from life. The house is magical and has a beautiful energy. It is located in a divine place, close to nature with access to a crow and with many different paths to go for a walk for hours. That it is not left in the village makes this house even more unique , you still get super fast to the villa de leyva by car. If you like tranquility and space with good energy, if you are looking to rest and sleep delicious this house is definitely the best option. It's also a super-rich plan to go as a family with children or alone. We were happy and picked up. Thank you Margarita for your kind hospitality, I will be back soon.

Excellent place, cozy, quiet and well equipped. The person in charge was friendly and diligent. The only aspect to improve is that related to water since while someone is bathing, or washing dishes, the service for the other bathrooms is affected and does not turn up the water

It is a lovely place to stay with friends or family, located at the heart of Barichara. It's definitively recommended

The house was as described. The house and very clean and very spacious. All the 3 bedrooms had very good bedding and enough towels. The host and co-hosts were very responsive. We had a great time as we were on a family vacation time and every one enjoyed the stay. This place is tucked away on the top of a mountain but less than 1 km from the main road. The house provided beautiful view of the mountains and a beautiful view of the town of Santa Rosa de Viterbo. The view is simply spectacular. The drive to the town is only 10 minutes. The host welcomed us with a beautiful local cuisine from a restaurant run by the relative of the host. So we experienced a very warm welcome. We highly recommend this place.
