Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Santana do Paraíso

The accommodation is exactly like the description and the photos. Good apartment, I felt at home. The town is right in the center of the city and literally ahead of the region's largest market. Best impossible location. But of course, a counterpoint to that is the occasional noise you may have come from the street, which is inevitable. Like this one, the only other points that could be criticized are trivial, like there's no fan in the living room or Netflix on the television (which was easily bypassed with a gigantic alternative streaming system that, to me, was even better). Alarcon and Paula were highly helpful with me. Quickly answer any questions you may have. Thanks for your stay and I hope to see you again.

I really liked the location, the apartment and the convenience.

The apartment was as described, the hosts were very responsive and proactive. Near to lots of restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy and within 15 minutes drive of Ipatinga.

Very quiet stay! Cleider is super attentive and always does his best to please the guests. The apartment was super clean, all the bed linen packed, all very well organized. I indicate a lot!

My stay was 2 months and it was perfect! Cleider (host) was very attentive, helpful and proactive at all times of need. The property was impeccable, clean and exactly as in the photos. It is well located, a few blocks from everything the neighborhood has to offer. I felt at home throughout the visit. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!
