Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

The best accommodation I ever rent. It is really feeling like home. Everything is very very clean and new. I even was afraid to touch things. Very specious rooms, there is some kind of garden safely separated from neighbors. The bedroom is amazing, it is white, has 2 comfortable beds. Location is also very nice, it is just 20 minutes to historical center where you can enjoy picturesque views

This place is very comfortable and beautiful. you can feel the atmosphere of Italian historical life there. It's a great location for trips to surrounding towns. Franco was incredibly nice and open to our needs.

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the stay, the various rooms, the location, just everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we have to go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Easy access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. We just wrapped up a wonderful four night stay at Elfi’s apartment in Ferrara. Incredible location— easy walk to the wonderful sites and restaurants of Ferrara. Everything was as described in the listing. It was so helpful to have a washing machine in the apartment as we were midway through our trip. The apartment was comfortable and clean (and we were grateful for the AC!). Elfi was responsive and helpful. We travel to Ferrara regularly and would happily rent this apartment again

We had a great stay at this property. After traveling for three weeks, it was so nice to enjoy spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and modern amenities! Very beautiful and private gardens with easy parking. The elevator was very convenient for the bags. Our host was friendly and made useful recommendations. I would highly recommend this property which is convenient to Bologna, but without all the traffic and difficulties of staying within the old city. Also very convenient to Modena where we enjoyed a balsamic vinegar tasting and visits to Ferrari and Lamborghini. If you’re driving from Milan to Bologna and have an interest in boats, the RIVA factory is along the route and you can see some of the most beautiful yachts in the world.

This location is ideal because it is just steps away from shopping and restaurants, but once you enter the building it all falls away and you have privacy and air conditioned peace. It’s is just over a mile walk to the train station where we took day trips to Venice and Florence.

Great area and the flat is quiet considering the amount of people, restaurants and bars. Nice place to stay and the air conditioning was hugely apprecaited

We stayed in this lovely apartment for just one night on the occasion of the Ferrara Summer Festival. The apartment is a stone's throw from the center, easily accessible on foot from both the station and the main tourist attractions, in fact we never took public transport. Above all, it is very close to Piazza Ariostea, where the concert was held. The area is quiet and the building is elegant. The apartment is very nice, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts: TV, air conditioning, etc. In particular, the bed is very comfortable, we rested very well. Fully equipped kitchen, you have everything you need to make breakfast. Near the apartment, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and bakeries. Mrs. Paola was an excellent host, very kind, she immediately made herself available to us. He welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home, meeting our needs. What can I say, it was a pleasure. Highly recommended!

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, the property and the building are classic Bologna architecture, the beds are very comfortable (sheets are super soft), and the apartment is very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS location! Bars, restaurants and cafes were right outside of the front door. If you want to be in the heart of old town, in the most superior location, you need to stay here. We would definitely come back.

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
