The house is very cozy and well equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, in a quiet and easily accessible area, close to shops and restaurants (exactly 5 minutes from the center of Penedo). The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Nath was super attentive and responded quickly to our messages. The overall experience was positive. It was an excellent stay and we would certainly consider coming back!

The house is still great, we go to Penedo every year for my nephew's birthday and Geraldo's houses are always our option, they are beautiful, comfortable, have everything we need, accept the 4-legged family member and are close to the center, you can leave the car and do everything on foot.

Chalé with new facilities, and a well-kept outdoor area. My scores are to leave the perfect stay, we really like the days we spend on the property, we intend to return and it will be more than excellent if the points below are considered. We missed microwaves because we had two babies, we resolved by heating in a water bath. We indicate more fans to Ricardo, as one of the available fans is very weak and if one part of the group is in one room and another in the dining area with the rooms occupied, someone is in the heat. It happened to us because the children took a nap and at this time the rooms were busy and we could not use the home office and other place without passing heat and dealing with the mosquitoes.

Gustavo's place was great. Only 5 minutes driving from downtown. Gustavo was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommended.

About the house: the same as the ad, with very well-equipped kitchen, covered, towels, blankets all very clean and smelling that support the cold and the whole house well-maintained. The only problem is the road even though it is dirt and half complicated for more inexperienced drivers, but nothing that prevents it from arriving if it goes slow and cautiously. Dona Nadir who received us was very friendly, receptive and helpful.

The chalet is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and organized, the view is beautiful. It is just a few meters from the matutu and the faerie waterfall. Full kitchen. I recommend only curtains, the cottage is all glass and takes some of the privacy away. It is very far from downtown. Rodolfo is very kind.

Easy to find location, close to the center, you can do everything on foot, the place is quiet, sleeping with the noise of the waterfall that passes behind was perfect. My boyfriend loved the shower water, which was very hot as he likes it, I took a fondue machine, but there is one there, so whoever goes doesn't need to bring one.

The mattress in the double bedroom is good, the double mattress in the mezzanine is bad, and the double mattress in the front bedroom is super soft. The windows have no blackout, which for us was not a problem because we always carry blackout in the car since we travel a lot and like to sleep in the dark. A beautiful and compact house, perfect. We love everything, comfortable bed, view from the wonderful window. We found the beds lined with a very tasty softener smell. The kitchen had everything we needed and still leave food options in the fridge for consumption at the exit. In short, I loved, recommend and will be back.
