Excellent accommodation, quiet area next to the esplanade, excellent for walking, very good experience in general, always hot water, nice and clean furniture, high accessibility for arrival, all the porters always very friendly, Fernando was always attentive, highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. Will definitely book it again. Barranco is a great neighborhood, and there is plenty to walk to. The apartment was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were all very clean with linens provided and shampoo, conditioner and soap. Juan was an excellent host and very proactive with communication.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. The area felt safe and lively, perfect for both relaxing and sightseeing. The space was comfortable and clean, and the host was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Lima!

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Our family of five (all adults) had a short stay in Lima and Maria's spacious apartment was terrific. It's in a great location with the Larcomar shopping mall and parks across the street. We enjoyed finding local coffee shops and walking to the Barranco neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by and Ubers plentiful. Maria was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend the apartment!

The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is very clean and with restaurants and shops very close. Access is very fast. The instructions were easy to understand and questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! I would 100% book it again. I felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s walkable to Larcomar, restaurants/cafes, and parks. The place is exactly as described but somehow even better in real life! I appreciate how responsive Megan and Alfonso as well.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

The whole place is very nice, my family was delighted and Gabrielle's service was excellent. We'll be back.

We stayed on the first floor of Maria Luisa’s 3 floor/house flat. The apartment was very eclectic and beautifully decorated with paintings of various subjects. It was also surrounded with beautiful pots and plants. The colors of the doors and walls inspired happiness. Overall it is a beautiful place very close to the beach with all the necessities you might need. Jose, the assistant, was very helpful and tried to sort out our inquiries. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the first floor flat in the future.

I stayed here for 3 nights during my time in Lima and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The location is absolutely perfect—right between Miraflores and Barranco, two of the most vibrant and walkable districts in the city. I felt completely safe walking around at all hours, and the building itself is extremely secure with a guard always present at the entrance. Check-in was a breeze. Arturo was incredibly warm and welcoming—he met me in person, showed me around the apartment, and made sure I had everything I needed to settle in quickly. The apartment itself is exactly as described, if not better. It’s thoughtfully laid out with a unique, artistic vibe. The open terrace and upstairs workspace make it an ideal spot for anyone working remotely or just looking for a place to unwind and feel inspired. I used the kitchen several times and found it convenient and easy to use. A fan was provided which made the space comfortable, and I didn’t need anything more.

Great place to stay in Lima. I stayed five nights and it was great to be able to do my laundry and have everything clean and dry for the next portion of my trip. The building staff downstairs were very kind. The apartment is also very close to the center of Miraflores, so I always walked there and back. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place! The location was perfect—close to food, excursions, and shopping. The portable heater was helpful on chilly nights, and the washer/dryer with complimentary soap was a huge plus for us light packers. Luis and his team were also kind enough to store our bags on our last day, which we really appreciated. One tip: brush up on your Spanish! The front desk speaks limited English, and it helps a lot with check-in and getting around. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
