Waterfront holiday rentals in Santa Maria

Mooi gelegen appartement. Zeer schoon en verzorgd. Nette badkamer en keuken, prettig bed. Kevin was zeer correct en toegankelijk in de communicatie. Daarnaast flexibel wat betreft aankomst- en vertrektijd. Wij vonden Santa-Maria veel te toeristisch en massaal en zouden er absoluut niet terugkeren, maar dat is natuurlijk slechts een persoonlijke voorkeur. Het appartement is in ieder geval een aanrader.

Die Unterkunft sowie die Umgebung sind super, der Pool und die direkte Nähe zum Strand unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat prima geklappt. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Mit Kind hatten wir dort eine gute Zeit. Die gut ausgestattete Aussenküche ist etwas besonderes.

Un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Han, très spacieux et lumineux avec une grande terrasse très agréable, à deux pas de la plage !! nous recommandons !!

Melia Dunas Resort: What an amazing place and a great apartment. However, all that does not compete with Leanne. What a truely amazing host. Always proactive, making sure that my wife, daughter, son and me felt at home and welcome. Very informative, helpful and friendly. We have rented quite a few times at AirBnb with only good experiences, but never have we met a host as serviceminded as Leanne. 6 out of 5 stars and simply a fantastic vacation. It is safe to say that we instantly fell in love with Cape Verde, in fact so much that we strongly consider buying an apartment in Santa Maria ourself - to stay there a couple of weeks ourself and each year and rent it our through AirBnb the rest of the time. Cape Verde = Paradise on Earth!!!

Ein neues Haus, sehr schön, und das Apartment ist sehr sauber, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Definitiv das beste Apartment in dem ich jemals auf Sal gewohnt habe (7 Urlaube bisher). Die Ion Windsurf-Station is in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreiche und man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum. Der Vor-Ort Service ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ich hatte meinen Schlüssel im Apartment vergessen und innerhalbe von 10 Minuten war Maria da und hat mir aufgeschlossen. Exzellent!!! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war zu meine Reisezeit Anfang Februar sehr attraktiv. Jederzeit wieder.

I spend a wonderful week in Linda's &Bo's accommodation and absolutely loved it!! the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony each morning was simply magical. The location is perfect just a 10 minutes walk from the city center, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere while still having fantastic dining options close by. I felt at home the whole stay and I would love to return!

The flat is conveniently located, right in the heart of Santa Maria, one block from the main pedestrian street. It is close to bar, restaurants, amenities and the main beach and pier. The studio flat had everything I needed for my staying and a small balcony where to chill out. Lucia, who greeted me at check-in is lovely and very helpful. It would defiantly recommend it and I would book it again.

Très bon séjour ! La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les instructions pour l’arrivée sont claires et permettent un self check-in et self check-out.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kids in Karen‘s Unterkunft zu Ostern eine Woche lang. Super Unterkunft, top Kommunikation und haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Pool war für die Kids besonders gut. Der Strand ist nur 50m entfernt. Wir kommen wieder ;-)! Thanks for hosting us!

Bibis place is perfect or kitesurfers, with a backyard, not faar from the town centre with many high qualitiy restaurants.

logement exactement comme décrit. le propriétaire fut très réactif, et malgré le fait qu'il y ait eu une coupure d'eau généralisée sur l'île, il a réussi à vous obtenir de l'eau, et relativement rapidement. la literie pourrait être légèrement plus confortable, mais c'est un détail.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Airbnb Ist direkt am Meer und Restaurants sind in 10min Fußweg erreichbar. Der Ausblick auf das Meer beim Sonnenuntergang ist atemberaubend. Unser Gastgeber Peter hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Airbnb uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wenn man ein paar schöne Tage fern ab der vielen Touristen aus Santa Maria verbringen und ein wenig das einheimische Leben schnuppern mag, ist man bei Ralf gut aufgehoben. Wir waren durch Ralfs Empfehlungen zweimal köstlich essen und wurden mit allen Infos ausgestattet die man brauchte. Das Haus mit Pool war für unsere Tochter sowieso der Knüller! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben eine nette Familie kennengelernt und das Gefühl, ein wenig vom einheimischen Flair der Menschen auf Sal mitbekommen zu haben. Danke für den Einblick

Die Unterkunft hat für uns bestens gepasst. Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet und grosszügig dimensioniert. Einen Mietwagen zu haben war für uns aber von Vorteil. Wayne und sein Stellvertreter José sind umsichtige und engagierte Gastgeber.

Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment hat alles, was man für längere Aufenthalte benötigt und befindet sich in guter Lage. Den Gastgebern liegt es sehr am Herzen, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Alba nos ayudó en todo momento y nos dio grandísimas recomendaciones, ha sido una gran anfitriona. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. El barrio es muy tranquilo y está muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes, y zonas de interés... Muy recomendable!!

We enjoyed staying in Lorraine's apartment, being in the city and by the sea made it very easy for us to walk around day and night, enjoying the city vibes and at times sitting by the beach. it was nice finding drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar in the house. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, Stefan who took us round to see various restaurants and showed us where we could shop. He also helped us organize a tour to the island which was great. I would recommend Lorraine's house for your stay in Santa Maria.

Marco è stato eccezionale attivo nel risolvere problematiche e rispondere a quesiti per vivere al meglio l'Isla do Sal. L'alloggio funzionale come lo desideravo..... lontano dal caos ma vicino al centro. Esperienza fantastica. Grazie . Obrigada !!!

Nice and clean apt. Close to 2 pools. Good resturants close by. We did not have remotecontrol for the aircondition, but this was fixed in a day or two. We would like to come back in the future.

Boa localização e ótimas condições. Os anfitriões foram muito prestáveis na chegada e na resolução de pequenos problemas durante o estadia. A casa é uma opção perfeita para quem pretende fugir aos resorts e aproveitar a ilha de forma mais local.

Absolutely LOVED our stay - exceeded all our expectations. Mirian was the perfect host - very much appreciated the late check-out. Viajamos para Cabo Verde em família (criança de 03 anos) e nossos últimos dias escolhemos a acomodação para termos dias somente para a criança. Resultado: Mais do que o esperado. Você pode utilizar tudo do resort, que tem muita programação para os pequenos. Os drinks são um preço bom (3€). O espaço é limpo, bem decorado e relativamente bem equipado. Nos atendeu completamente para nosso objetivo.
