The rooftop terrace makes the apartment feel special and unique. Amazing views up there! Luis was a friendly and helpful host. He spent a lot of time answering our questions about Oaxaca and explaining the local history. He's a great guy. The location is slightly outside of the touristy areas, but it's an easy walk, and we actually enjoyed staying in a more local neighborhood away from the hotels and bars. We would happily return to Luis' apartment in the future. No problems at all.

Luis was friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay including the kitchen where you can cook, etc.., and the living room with a nice couch and a tv with Netflix. The apartment has two bedrooms upstairs with a shared small bathroom. The bathroom might be a little small if you are a tall person since the toilet space is kind of small, I would say if you’re 6 feet or taller you may have issues with the toilet, other than that, the space is nice overall and it’s what I expected for what we paid.

Located minutes from delicious restaurants, local shops, a vibrant dance studio, and just above a bustling café that smells like fresh cinnamon rolls all day long. This is a great spot to explore all that the city has to offer. While being very central, the cozy room and private terrace provide a secluded get away when you need a rest after a long day exploring the busy streets. Would definitely stay again!

Teresa’s casita was a perfect place to unwind and discover Oaxaca! It was conveniently located close to great neighborhoods, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and local happenings. Teresa was a wonderful host - she was responsive and gracious and checked in during our stay. The casita was sweet, and well appointed, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a historic building with all the comforts. Great bed, strong air conditioning, and excellent shower. Perfect central location, walkable to markets and restaurants, yet quiet. Mario was an amazing host, responsive and helpful. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Would definitely return.

This place is so clean and uncluttered. The outdoor space is beautiful and the rooftop is awesome, a great way to spend a cool evening. The location is excellent. So much to do within walking distance. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely return .

La casa es una gran opción para un viaje familiar o con amigos. El espacio es muy agradable y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estadías cortas o largas. El barrio en el que se encuentra es muy colorido y hay buenas opciones gastronómicas al rededor. Está cerca del centro, aunque requiere caminar un km aproximadamente para llegar a él.

Es una casa muy bonita, y extremadamente limpia, sin duda recomendable y Lizeth siempre atenta y al pendiente, gracias por la atención.

Excelente casa, Hermosa en todo sentido y en perfecto estado Es ENORME nuestro viaje fue de 8 personas y nos sobraba espacio Las camas super cómodas y deliciosas. En Oaxaca hace frio en invierno y los edredones que tienen las camas cubren deliciosamente, así es que no sientes el frio cuando estas acostado El jacuzzi 1 delicia. El espacio exterior (jardín) es hermoso, la piscina no la usamos debido a que era invierno y preferimos ir al centro a caminar La cocina y demás habitaciones comunes en perfecto estado, muy bonito el mobiliario, además de cómodo El Garage perfecto para 2 o +coches La atención de Lorena es Espectacular, instrucciones precisas, concretas, claras. Súper adaptable, le pedimos ciertas cosas y con una gran disposición nos las concedió Tiene hojas con recomendaciones de restaurantes y sitios de interés en Oaxaca Sabíamos que estaba retirada del centro y al llevar coche eso no es un problema Pensamos regresar a Oaxaca y nos quedaremos en esta misma casa Mil Gracias

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Lugar tranquilo, Andrea siempre amable y atenta en la comunicación. Un poco cansada subir porque está en 4to piso, pero nada que molestará. Cómodo, seguro.

El lugar es acogedor, el espacio es bueno para 4 personas y Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo.

Buena ubicación. Al ser muchos airbnb rentados ahí hay mucha entrada y salida de personas. Tiene lo necesario. Poner atención a las múltiples cajitas de llaves para no confundirse. El color de las llaves tampoco coinciden con la descripción. Todo bien con el lugar y comodidad.
