The rooftop terrace makes the apartment feel special and unique. Amazing views up there! Luis was a friendly and helpful host. He spent a lot of time answering our questions about Oaxaca and explaining the local history. He's a great guy. The location is slightly outside of the touristy areas, but it's an easy walk, and we actually enjoyed staying in a more local neighborhood away from the hotels and bars. We would happily return to Luis' apartment in the future. No problems at all.

Luis was friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay including the kitchen where you can cook, etc.., and the living room with a nice couch and a tv with Netflix. The apartment has two bedrooms upstairs with a shared small bathroom. The bathroom might be a little small if you are a tall person since the toilet space is kind of small, I would say if you’re 6 feet or taller you may have issues with the toilet, other than that, the space is nice overall and it’s what I expected for what we paid.

Comfortable, clean, well located apartment, a few blocks from the zócalo, the air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the rest of the appliances, not noisy, nice view from the roof.

Located minutes from delicious restaurants, local shops, a vibrant dance studio, and just above a bustling café that smells like fresh cinnamon rolls all day long. This is a great spot to explore all that the city has to offer. While being very central, the cozy room and private terrace provide a secluded get away when you need a rest after a long day exploring the busy streets. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

Excellent for a family of 4, I suggest. With a car to get there. Very spacious, tidy and clean. Diego, excellent host, 100. He was attentive to the small details we required.

Gorgeous and spacious house with lots of space. We were 10 people, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful pool and hot tub, which the kids enjoy very much The host was very responsive and addressed all our questions immediately. We had a great experience and I recommended to others.

I would happily stay here again! The location is quiet and short walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Oaxaca is an old rustic city & the house reflects the rustic aesthetic of the city. The house is a sleeper from the exterior. Once inside you see the biggest selling point of this house--4 separate spaces for guests to hang out. The kitchen is the central hub. The courtyard is green with vegetation and hummingbirds. The terrace overlooks the city and is amazing. Also on the 2nd floor is a sun deck and 2 person pool. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and 3 bathrooms are plenty. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and other large bedroom has bathroom just two steps away. The many gathering areas beat a hotel any day. Mari managed the property while we were there and you can arrange for in home prepared meals. Nothing short of AMAZING. Her mole equaled the Michelin star restaurants in town. We did tours with Zapotec Travel, which were great.

Arnulfo wasTHE BEST host. He gave us so many reccomendations and was so responsive and helpful. Place was beautiful, had a great view and was really tidy. Was slightly noisy with building work next door but otherwise was a perfect stay! Thanks so much Arnulfo xxx

Nice place , well maintained, spacious, close to downtown Oaxaca, markets, and restaurants.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Quiet place, Andrea is always friendly and attentive in communication. A little tired to go up because it's on the 4th floor, but nothing that will bother you. Comfortable, safe.

The place is cozy, the space is good for 4 people and Miriam was always attentive to everything.

Good location. Being many airbnb rentados there there is a lot of people in and out. It has what you need. Pay attention to the multiple key boxes so as not to be confused. The color of the keys also does not match the description. Everything was fine with the place and comfort.
