Das Apartment war in einwandfreiem Zustand: sehr sauber, gepflegt und ohne jeglichen Schmutz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, alles Notwendige war vorhanden von Küchenutensilien bis hin zu frischer Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr nah zur Promenade – ideal für Spaziergänge oder Restaurantbesuche. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung super wohl gefühlt. Da es zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes in Genua extrem heiß war, genossen wir vor allem die Klimaanlage! Angenehm war auch der Aufzug, da die Wohnung im 5. Stock iegt. Lorenzo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm funktionierte schnell und ohne Probleme. Wir würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen!

Manuel and Barbara were great hosts, we could leave the luggage at the house before check-in time and so we were able to use the rest of the day to explore! Barbara also gave us some great recommendations for the surroundings. The apartment is nice and clean and exactly what we needed for out vacation!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect. Parking was tricky at times but the host is very helpful and explains where is best. We always found a space eventually. The location is perfect for Rapallo, Santa Margarita, Chaiveri and Portofino! The view is the really highlight tho, that picture window is just stunning. The apartment was quite warm and never really cooled down but other than that it was perfect!

Mauro nagyon kedves és lelkes. Sajnos csak olaszul beszél. Igyekeztünk megérteni egymást, kézzel-lábbal mutogattunk. Többségében rájöttünk hogy mire gondol a másik 😊

Valentina is a great host, super helpful and responds quickly. The flat is really nice, very spacious and clean and in the best location. Would definitely recommend!

La casa tiene una decoración con estilo mediterráneo, muy cómoda y acogedora. La vista es bellísima y por las tardes, al abrir las ventanas, entra una brisa renovadora que se disfruta muchísimo. ✅ Pros: Excelente ubicación Muy cómoda y amplia Supermercado y otros puntos de compra cerca ❌ Contras: Amamos cocinar y sentimos que algunos utensilios deberían renovarse Los vasos eran muy pequeños y no había copas Durante el día hacía bastante calor y no había aire acondicionado ni ventilador Los electrodomésticos de cocina eran algo antiguos

Wij hebben 4 nachten verbleven in het huis van Giacomo tijdens onze roadtrip door Italië. Het huisje is klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien! De tuin is groot en rustig. Echt een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen!

Best host we have ever had on Airbnb. place is also really great and location is like 2-3 minutes walking distance to market 10 minutes to beach. 5-7 minutes to most restaurants and central lavagna. very friendly and understanding and responsive host. Will definitely be back!

Wunderbare Tage an herrlicher Lage mit einer extrem sympathischer Gastgeberin. Genuss pur, auch das Ambiente ist unglaublich toll. Wir kommen wieder!!!

très contente de mes 5 jours en Italie. avec mon marie et mes 2 enfants. la appartement et parfaite propreté bien équipée. bien placé. belle vue. avec jardin et balcon. en n'a était bien accueil. juste à posé les valises. et à profiter des vacances et de la belle vue .

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour! Le logement est conforme aux photos et dispose d'une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. L'endroit est paisible. Le logement est très bien équipé. Je remercie Maria pour sa disponibilité. Je recommande ce logement.

Alice is a wonderful host. She greeted us on arrival and gave us the history of the house and the area. She came bearing local biscuits where were delicious and recommended local walks and restaurants. We drove to La Spezia and took the train to Cinque Terra. Sadly the weather wasn’t great, but we managed a walk into the local forest and ate at the local restaurant. I would go back to this place in a heartbeat! The garden boasted its own forest and stream. There was just enough space for our family and our dog.

A very clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. The harbour area and city center is just a stone's throw from this cosy apartment. Floriana was friendly and extremely helpful, and provided information about the city and sorrunding towns when I needed that made my short stay really enjoyable. I would always check if the apartment is available when I return to Genova the next time.

C’est un logement idéal pour aller découvrir les Cinque Terre. Avec ascenseur ;-)) Claudio et sa femme sont super sympathique et il y a des petites choses de bienvenue. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leur poser des questions. Ils connaissent très bien leur région. Conseils: il vaut mieux aller prendre le train à Sestri Levanto à 5 km. (hors saison, on trouve facilement des places de parking gratuites. Mais il faut bien se renseigner pour ne pas se tromper! Et de là, prendre un train Régional (R) ou Régional Veloce (RV) Prendre un billet de 3 jours est une bonne option. On peut se baigner facilement à Monterosso où il y a même une douche à la première plage gratuite! Ce sont toutes des perles rares avec de magnifiques ruelles et des paysages de cartes postales. On peut facilement en faire 2 en un jour. On peut aussi faire un très joli trajet à pied de Manarola à Riomaggiore, mais c’est payant! Les autres chemins ne sont pas toujours praticables! (Fermés pour certains)

Ottima soluzione per avere facile accesso sia al centro di Genova che al porto antico, alloggio incredibilmente spazioso e adatto comodamente a 4 persone; ottimo per soggiorni di breve o lunga durata che siano. Host molto gentile e con ottimi consigli sulla zona.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento era molto pulito e in ordine, compresa pure la colazione! Sabrina è stata molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Pronta ed attenta nel darci tutte le indicazioni per poterci gustare le attrazioni turistiche e le pietanze locali.

Valentina hat mich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie konnte mir Tipps und Empfehlungen geben, was ich unternehmen könnte in Genua. Die Wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich fühlte mich sofort wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Die Räume sind beseelt, wunderschöne Altstadtwohnung. Zudem war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Und die Lage schätzte ich sehr. Äusserst zentral und doch nicht laut in der Nacht oder am Morgen. Diese Unterkunft würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Danke Valentina!

Clean and peaceful environment, was 2 minute walk from the beach and all the best restaurants, great view of the ocean from the steps. The train does go through camogli right below the street but doesn’t affect much. Great place to stay and explore the beautiful area

Majoitus oli erittäin siisti ja mukava. pinnat oilivat uusia ja puhtaita. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Maisemat olivat upeita ja sijainti valtavan hiljainen sekä rauhallinen. Kävely keskustaan ja takaisin käy kuntoilusta, mutta rappuset oikaisevat mukavasti. Pidimme perheemme kanssa valtavasti.
