Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

A lovely & calm location with a pleasurable walk into the town, and very close to a few local shops and restaurants. It was a super location for the beach and also public transport. Both the inside and outside was well equipped and we had everything we needed during our stay. It was great to have an additional shower outside. Flaminia is a wonderful host, who made us feel welcome and at home. She gave us plenty of information from check-in, to recommendations on things to do & where to eat, and an easy check-out process too. We would highly recommend this home for your visit to San Teodoro.

Great family-friendly, well-kept house with a large garden. We felt extremely comfortable. The hostess was very attentive and provided us with everything from a travel cot, changing utensils to children's toys for our toddler. Communication with the host was very pleasant. Also an absolute recommendation for families with small children.

Thanks to Françoise for the pleasant stay! We really enjoyed the cottage, the surroundings, the garden, etc. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday in Sardinia. We were two couples and a baby and the accommodation was perfect for this. The garden is pleasant and has a nice view of the surroundings. The village nearby has all the necessities: supermarket, bakery, restaurants and a little further on very beautiful beaches. We recommend!

Beautiful spacious villa with amazing view. Walkable to beach, restaurants and market (down a steep hill), but worth it for the space and view. Kitchen was fully stocked, AC units in main room and each bedroom but only needed at night. Marco was responsive and helpful. I had a wonderful stay at Pura Vida Villa!

Luca and his dogs are an excellent host on a beautiful property. Made our time in olbia more special. Thank you!

We enjoyed the somewhat remote location and the wild garden. The road to the house is relatively narrow, so it is difficult when there is oncoming traffic. We were only disturbed by the mosquitoes, but unfortunately you can't change that.

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

This place was one the best places we stayed during our b&b experience. Listing features were accurate to what it says it was. Apartment was super clean, modern very well maintance and all appliances super good quality made our staying super comfy and easy Mauricio the housekeeper was wonderful and always asking if we need anything. Excellent showers with lots of water pressure and very clean. Thank you Thomas for caring for your guests comfort not all places do and you do.

We sincerely thank Gabriella for entrusting us with her home in this exceptional environment. The views of the sea and Tavolara are breathtaking. Mediterranean nature is beautiful with private access to a cove, alone in the world! Gabriella's hosting was very nice, very personalized. Gabriella ensured constant monitoring of our stay which was greatly appreciated. A chance to enjoy this timeless and rare family home in such a touristy area. A big thank you to Gabriella.

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Francesca’s place is a fantastic find, a charming house with character, spacious bedrooms, luscious garden and that beautiful panoramic view of the sea that we never get tired of looking and enjoying its crystal clear water with white sandy beach. Although sun is shining the wind is a bit nippy. We felt very much at home since arriving. The garden bedroom is brilliant but internet/wifi connection is very poor. So out with our books and board games! The shower outside in the garden is definitely a welcome change but can’t help feeling conscious from would be prying eyes - there was none! We could do with a bigger kitchen to prep our food but it is well equipped. Overall it has been a very enjoyable stay and my family and I will definitely come back to this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay. The home and the views are beautiful, with a gorgeous outdoor patio perfect for enjoying a homemade meal. The location is gorgeous, literally steps from a beautiful beach that has a great little cafe. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were good, and beds were comfortable. Oh and a private parking space, too. Ignazia is a great host. For a peaceful and beautiful escape, I recommend this rental!

Catia’s is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Beautiful inside and out, the pictures here don’t do it justice. The surrounding area is peaceful and very green, the views breathtaking. Even though there are plenty of great beaches in the area, we spent so much time at the house and pool. It is quite isolated and a little far from the main road, but we didn’t mind this as the house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend staying here when in Sardegna.

A wonderful stay with fantastic hospitality from Sara, the Superb house and as described, very clean, with a sublime view and not overlooked.

We had a fantastic one-week stay with a group of 6 adults and 3 children (aged 1.5 to 6 years). The house is very well equipped, beautifully maintained and located in a peaceful neighborhood. One of the highlights was the heated outdoor pool with a spectacular view of Isola Tavolara – absolutely fantastic! There are some nice beaches within walking distance, but we strongly recommend renting a car to explore the many beautiful places along the coast. Sardinia has so much to offer, and having a car makes it easy to get to hidden gems. The house has four bathrooms and three kitchens, which was perfect for a larger group like ours. The only minor problem we experienced was that the water pressure made it difficult to use all the showers at the same time - but it was a small disadvantage in an otherwise excellent stay.

Chiara's house is easy to find on good roads and in a quiet neighborhood. It's really well equipped for cooking at home, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning is really effective. The pool is great, plenty big enough for our family of 5 with three teenagers to play in. We loved the local beach, genuinely less than 10 minutes walk, beautiful sea with so many fish and white sand. We went to lots of the beaches nearby, which were all stunning and even though they were busy we could always find somewhere to put up an umbrella or two (helpfully Chiara had several in the house!). Budoni and San Teodoro are classy towns with lots of restaurants and cafes, beautiful night markets and shops. Chiara's instructions for everything were super clear and she was really helpful with local recommendations when I asked. We had a fantastic holiday and would 100% recommend this house!

Furniture needs to be updated

Super nice quiet place in the middle of nature. The house is great, very clean and nicely furnished. It matched the photos and description. We had a great time and would come back.

We had a lovely time in Sardinia in Sara's sweet and cozy place. We were 5 adults and the size was completely sufficient for us. However, for more than 5 adults we would not recommend it as it could get too tight in the long run. The house was well decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and it was very clean. The house included a beautiful pool, a practical outdoor shower and a small children's corner that we did not use. In our time there was a cat with 2 kittens on the property which we regularly provided. We'd appreciate it if they could continue to be taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is that we had a very flexible check-in time and were therefore allowed into the house before. Sara was very friendly and always available. We were completely satisfied and would come again!

Paola’s house is very nice and spacious, with everything you need including AC (which was necessary in July/August). The pool is clean and there is a very nice beach just a few minutes walk away. We were two families with small kids and had a great time during our stay and hope to come back soon!
