The house is beautiful and the description and photos match reality. The house has everything you need for a family stay, it is very complete. Lucia was very kind from the moment we contacted her. He was always very willing to answer questions. We also found everything very tidy and clean. We went on a winter weekend and with the air conditioning and the stoves in the bedrooms you don't get cold. It also has a huge wood stove that is beautiful.

Recommended, we adhere to the above positive comments. The house is very nice and has all the amenities. We had cold days but it seems very good for the summer.

My husband and I stayed 4 weeks at Maria's house in El Pinar. The house is charming and the location is great. It's in a quiet and green place yet close to the grocery stores, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches of el Pinar. .

Leonardo always responded very quickly to questions. The house is beautiful with everything you need to spend a divine vacation! Super heated; a beautiful sun comes in all day! Very good cleaning! Across the street, there is a well-kept square with a soccer field, which fascinates my children. We would be back for sure!

The place was clean, practical, and offered the privacy I was looking for. However, there were some structural issues with the locks—there were no interior locks, not even for the bathroom, and the entrance door lock was quite tricky to use. Initially, I was considering a 4-star rating, but the excellent communication and helpful support after my stay made me raise it to 5 stars.

The house is very comfortable, with a beautiful garden, a very comfortable porch where we were able to have breakfast with the sound of the birds and a wide background for the enjoyment and games of the little ones. It is surrounded by greenery, has an extremely enjoyable grill area and access to box games and entertainments. It's very well equipped, the spaces are spacious. We had permanent communication with Manuela, attentive to our needs , and both the arrival and departure were impeccable. We will be back!

House with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There were 4 adults, 4 days in winter, so we really enjoyed the wood stove. The kitchen is nice and complete, the rooms are comfortable. One of them had no heating but as we knew in advance we took a fan heater and soon. Undoubtedly, its maximum potential is in summer, as it is one block from the beach, but as a getaway the rest of the year it is also very good. We even had lunch outside in the sun one afternoon. There is room to park 2 cars next to the house, the neighborhood is very quiet, but close to places to eat and run errands. I didn't know the spa, a very nice option to return in January. Communication with Patricia was clear and effective. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay. Paolo was an incredible host, always attentive and with a very pleasant energy. The house is one of the most complete and best equipped that we had to visit, nothing is missing. The 180-degree view is simply spectacular and the area is super quiet, ideal for resting. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.
