The hosts (Juan and Mrs. Laura) are a sweetheart since they are excellent people, they were always attentive. It is an ideal place to rest and vacation as they made us feel as if we were at home. And the conditions are excellent to feel comfortable in a clean, safe and very spacious place. See you again next month. Thank you.

Nice apartment, quiet and pleasant. Only the inconvenience of the bed squeezing just by lying down, but everything else is very good. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at Rodrigos spot! comfortable accommodations. He left us earplugs and had streaming services we could use! Had water waiting for us which was much appreciated after a long trip and we hadn't gotten water yet. Rodrigo was so detailed and helpful and responsive and kind. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed. AC. Hot water. Many lighting options for low light which we loved. Lots of closet and drawer space. Short walk to food stalls, restaurants and convenience stores. 20-30 min walk down hill to El Centro. If the windows are closed, it's releatively quiet compared to the city as a whole. There was also a surprise terrace which we loved to hang out on!! We hope to return! Thank you Rodrigo and family!

Great place to stay and location! We loved the space and loft area! The bathroom was a little dark for getting ready but made it work! This space was right on a main road so you can hear everything outside throughout the day and night, didn’t bother us but just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper!

We loved staying at Martha’s place! Communication was excellent throughout the trip and she and her daughter were so very friendly. Our favorite part was having coffee on the deck outside of the upstairs bedroom which was so peaceful and beautiful! The courtyard was gorgeous and so quiet. The apartment was artfully decorated with quaint touches throughout. We would 10/10 stay at Martha’s place again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in Oaxaca, largely due to this amazing flat. We stayed for 4 days and were very comfortable, as well as situated right in the mix of everything going on. The flat is on the top floor and is super bright and airy. Balcony is great for mornings, and there are lots of coffee shops locally to find great pastries and drinks. Bed was comfy, Martine was an excellent host, and flat had everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend more.

The property is excellent and quite clean. There’s and Oxxo and Pemex nearby and about a 25 min walk from Centro but lots of small shops, cafes and restaurants along the way so you get the feel of being within the local community. Parking space is quite tall, the entryway could accommodate our tall camper at 2.4m. I think it could accommodate vehicles up to 2.8m. View from the terrace is spectacular! I would stay here again.

Jorge was attentive to my arrival by message and gave me very clear instructions to get well. Already in the house his brother Fernando was the one who attended us, super friendly, attentive and very attentive to the messages I came to send him. He also gave us recommendations for where to eat and how to diffrute our stay. What was fantastic is that the photos corresponded to the house, everything was very well cared for, and also every room had a Smart TV, ceiling fan and foot cooler, so in the house we don't suffer from heat. I highly recommend staying at Casa Roche.

Stayed with 8 family members at this beautiful house - absolutely fabulous, excellent amenities, peaceful courtyard, roof terrace, daily cleaning, etc. Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Can't recommend enough.

We had a great time staying at Andrea’s place! It was in a really great location and in a cool neighbourhood. Andrea was really helpful in providing recommendations and was proactive in her communication. We enjoyed our stay!

It's a very quiet area, very safe, very good service, Mrs. Gema was attentive to everything from the moment of arrival, gave recommendations on how to get there and the atmosphere is like feeling at home.

Communication with the host was always very good, she was attentive and there was a quick response with solutions. The house is large, it has everything you need to feel at home, very comfortable and very clean, it is suitable for babies too, I will definitely rent this space again.

I would come back definitely if I am in Oaxaca again. Also, the person that was there was very helpful. The place is very quiet and very clean.We sleep very well every night after visiting a few of the tourist places. Everything is just a few minutes away by car.

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. Excellent location. If you like to walk, you can get to the center on foot. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need to rest. I'll return to this place on my next trip to Oaxaca.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaloja. It was in walking distance from restaurant and the plaza. It was nice and peaceful. If you have little ones (our daughter one yr old) Aaloja immediately offered a crib and a baby tub for her. They are very protective and kind.
