The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique place, on the banks of the Igarata Dam. There are 5 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, 3 of which are en-suites. A lounge with a TV room, fireplace and gourmet kitchen, as well as an advanced deck with a wood-burning oven. At the top, a large swimming pool with a Treated Eucalyptus kiosk, and a complete barbecue area, with a Cook top and a large table for 12 people. All this with a phenomenal 180° view of the Igarata Dam. A magical and quiet place for your family.

The Bela Vista site is a special property, surrounded by nature, facing the Igaratá reservoir, very close to the city of São Paulo, about 100 km, and is accessed by the best roads in the state of São Paulo, such as Airton Senna, Carvalho Pinto, Rodovia Dutra and Don Pedro. The site has an area of 24,000 square meters, a forest, an orchard, a chapel, ample leisure space, with a game room, a swimming pool, a gourmet balcony, with a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, a cooktop, a baking sheet, refrigerators, a marina.

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place. Chácara linda , all renovated, made with affection for the use of the family for 20 years Five bedrooms, two chalets and mezzanine ,suite and air conditioner, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms and shower for them. Beautiful view and leisure area, with barbecue and oven and wood stove, very well equipped, very cozy and rich in details. Air-conditioned in two chalets and in the larger room of the house. Beautiful view , very wooded place.
