Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Als je hier verblijft, waan je je in een schilderij, zo mooi is dit huisje gelegen in de bergen! Lucca is echt super aardig en grappig. Hij verteld een hoop. Het restaurant wat ze runnen is ook prima, en goed eten! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Wij raden dit huisje zeker aan!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

What an amazing and beautiful home! We loved our stay here with our family and enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Susanna and Tiziano for my sisters birthday dinner. Gorgeous location, great pool, really fun art all over the entire house that’s been restored but full of character. Plus it’s just 5 mins and your at the hot springs or restaurants. We can’t it to go back!

Chiusi may not be a major hilltop town but it is very special because it lacks the tourists. We had plenty of restaurants to visit in the week we stayed, and lots of historic sights to see. You do need a car to visit surrounding towns but the peacefulness of Chiusi makes it delightful. Rafaels place is perfect with the balcony and sublime views. He was an exceptional host who did not impose on our privacy but always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and town.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Nádherné místo, vše připraveno i s občerstvením, ubytování klidné a čisté ... Klimatizace funkční, ale skoro nebyla potřeba, protože to bylo krásné klasické toskánské ubytování, kde jsme rozhodně nebyli naposledy

This place was magical. I fell asleep every night listening to the waterfall in the ravine. Town was a fairytale spot. I never got tired of exploring the beautiful, twisting old streets. Property was just as promised. Rikke went so far above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even arranging a money saving ride to the train station for me. Great experience!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Sabrinas Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pienza. Sabrina war stets erreichbar und extrem freundlich & proaktiv. Die Räumlichkeiten waren tiptop sauber. Das Frühstück wurde stets frisch zubereitet. Der Garten und die Aussicht waren atemberaubend. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit extrem genossen. Zwei kleinere Bemerkungen: - Die Preise für den Kochkurs empfanden wir doch noch ein bisschen mit 100 Euro p.P. im teuren Segment (100 Euro p.P.) - das war uns leider nicht im Vorhinein bewusst, evtl. wäre es gut ein bisschen mehr Transparenz zu gewährleisten. - Es gab an zwei Tagen komplette Wasserausfälle für viele Stunden - an sich nicht schlimm, aber sollte hoffentlich nicht die Norm sein.

Traumhafte Auszeit mit Panoramablick! Diese Airbnb-Unterkunft war ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig – die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und idyllisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist fantastisch ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Es war super praktisch, dass grundlegende Dinge wie Öl, Essig etc. vorhanden waren. Das spart nicht nur Geld, sondern auch den ersten Einkauf. Das einzige, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, war das Bett. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unsere positive Erfahrung in keiner Weise getrübt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful home and a beautiful space. The only thing I would note for future travelers is the host speaks Italian and not much English. Communication prior to check-in was a little slow but ultimately very smooth. The host met us when we arrived and was very nice. Would 100% stay here again.

We absolutely loved our week stay here and couldn't have been happier. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and steps away from nearby restaurants and shops. Best of all was the huge terrace –it had insanely gorgeous views of the Tuscany landscape which never got old. Looked forward to our morning coffee and early evening aperitivo with the views of the Tuscan landscape. The views were fabulous (including a nice sunrise if you're an early riser)! We didn't have reservations for dinner one night and wandered just across the street to Rosso Rubino Trattoria. The owners could not have been nicer, and the food was delicious. Berardino graciously held us a spot in the coveted "Parcheggio 7" and drove our luggage up the hill upon arrival. He gave us a tour of the apartment and several great recommendations. It was a very welcoming start to our stay. It was the perfect base for exploring Tuscany and hope to return soon.

Wir wurden mit frisch gebackenem Brot, selbst gemachtem Kuchen sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Olivenöl von Max und die selbstgemachte Marmelade waren auch sehr lecker 😋 Die Liegebetten waren total bequem. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag von Ivan gereinigt. 👍🏽 Olga hat uns sogar ein Backrohr organisiert 😊… Die Herzlichkeit von Olga und Max, die liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben diesen Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht….danke 🥰Ulli & Martin

De locatie was waanzinnig; rustig, magisch en super mooi! Luca is een goede host. Het enige nadeel was dat we nog geen gebruik konden maken van de sauna, zwembad en jaccuzi. Maar verder echt top!

This is an incredible villa in Tuscany, my girlfriend and I are excited about our vacation here! It’s a pity that we booked for only two days, next time we will book for a longer period. Definitely recommend!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und rhuig gelegen, in einem sehr guten Zustand und top eingerichtet. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto da Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes etwas weiter weg sind. Trotz gemischten Wetterbedingungen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die schönen Tage waren wir Wandern, Fahrradfahren in der Maremma oder baden am Meer. Das naheliegende Daniel Spöri-Museum ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Bei Regen haben wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche ausgiebig gekocht und bei Kaminfeuer die gute DVD Musik- und Film-Auswahl genossen. Rundum für uns (5) ein perfekter Kurzurlaub.

This place was truly incredible. The location, the beauty, the pool I enjoyed every moment. I even cried a couple of times from pure happiness. Huge thanks to the hosts for their care and warm hospitality. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and filled with a sense of calm. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel Seccatoio delle castagne del Podere di Maggio. Che dire? Un vero paradiso: incastonato in una vallata meravigliosa con il monte Amiata difronte e il bellissimo borgo medievale di Santa Fiora. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: struttura meravigliosa, ben curata, nei dettagli, una pace impagabile. I padroni di casa sono stati fantastici, ospitali e ci hanno fatto davvero sentire a casa. Insomma tutto perfetto, non manca nulla, ovvio devi amare la vita bucolica come noi ! Unica pecca? Due notti sono state troppo brevi e sicuramente torneremo . Grazie Peter , Rita e dolce Noemi. I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

Das Airbnb liegt wunderschön inmitten der Natur – perfekt, um abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.
