This ground-level unit is located just a few blocks from the famous Plaza and trendy Railyard District. The unit has a well-appointed kitchen, private courtyard and luxurious all-suite layout. Have a lovely stroll to world-class eateries, galleries and entertainment venues, then cozy up for a nightcap by your charming wood-burning fireplace. ***Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of the other 8 units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff, not through an off-site management company. LIVING AREA Make yourself at home in the welcoming living area, detailed with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 50" smart (Roku) TV, with local channels and a wood-burning fireplace. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to Apr). The chimney flues are open during that time and closed after the season. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up delicious dishes in the full kitchen, configured with gleaming granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. We have a nice herb garden in the courtyard during the summer, in case you want an extra touch to your dish. Of course, you can enjoy your appetizers at the bar, with seating for three, then sit down to a home-cooked meal at the table or dine alfresco on the lovely patio. BED & BATH The ground-level villa sleeps six guests between the two suites and the sleeper sofa. Both suites have a lovely king bed and 43" smart TVs. The en-suite in the guest bath has a walk-in shower, while the master en-suite has a shower tub/combination. Both showers have european style faucets that sets the temperature based on your liking. PATIO AREA Step outside to your private gated patio and enjoy the day! EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels, ROKU streaming, firewood (seasonal), coffee and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice machine are provided free of charge. Electric car chargers (complimentary) for both a Tesla and other universal electric vehicles is provided in the covered parking area. Each unit has one unassigned parking space. This is a dog friendly unit for no more than 2 dogs, weighing under 60 lbs. each You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. LOCATION We are tucked away in downtown Santa Fe. The Santa Fe Opera and Meow Wolf are about a 10-minute drive and Ski Sana Fe is 16 miles from the complex.

Located less than a mile from Balloon Fiesta Park, this lovely North Valley home features vigas, saltillo tile and plenty of outdoor space, including a covered. There is a spacious living room and open kitchen with high end appliances. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer that guests may use free of charge. Updated again this Fall- Bedroom 1 now has a four poster queen bed, living room has leather recliner seating, dining room can seat 8 and new landscaping will be completed by Oct 1

This unique place has a style all its own. Red custom curtains frame a beautiful stage where every Tuesday from 5:30-7:30 you can listen to our band rehearsing classic rock covers and originals. Private queen bed and bath for your own privacy and comfort located on the opposite side of our room. Big living room with bar space and big tv for movie lovers. Great for musicians who wants to jam! My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
