Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. It is a very quiet, surrounded by greenery and animals. The nearby villages are 10 and 15 minutes, where you can buy what is needed. There is a train station a short walk from here, that unites much of the island. Beaches in 25 minutes. It is a small house with two heights. Kitchen-lounge. in the second height, the double bed and a loft which can be another bed for children. Great storage space for storage. The house has everything you need for the kitchen and refrigerator, sheets and towels.

The pretty Apartment at FINCA NUR with 2 en suite double bedrooms and a stunning panorama living room with kitchenette is located at the first floor of the building with private entrance. It is reached over a spiral staircase. It is completely separate. The view to the mountains and down to Palma and the sea as well as the sun sets are spectacular. The owner is usually living on the ground floor of the building and can be helpful with BBQ's and excursions.

Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! We had a very good time. The house is cozy and spacious, we felt very comfortable. For our purposes it was ideal. Palma, Soller, Valldemossa, etc. are quickly accessible for day trips. But also on the property itself, the pool, barbecue and outdoor seating provide relaxation and recreation. Although there were minor problems during our stay (with toilet flushing, the water continued and the gate to the property could not be locked) but we were quickly helped. In general, the contact with our local contact person was very friendly and fast. Very pleasant! Overall we highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful time at the place! Everything was super clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped – from towels to the kitchen, everything you need was really there. The location is fantastically quiet, you feel like you are alone on the island - perfect for relaxing. Cristina was super friendly as a host and always easy to reach. A real highlight: your dad brought us fresh eggs from his own chickens – so warm! A small note: The remote location also means that taxis are difficult to get. A rental car is definitely necessary - but with it you are well equipped to explore the island. We would come back anytime – absolutely recommended!

We had an amazing time at this villa! From the moment we arrived, Sandra went out of her way to make us feel right at home. The villa itself is super spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sandra was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful - she even had an amazing tapas lunch and some drinks waiting for us when we got there. She also shared loads of great local tips, from restaurant recommendations to taxi services and must-see spots around the area. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area - we spent hours there every day just relaxing and enjoying. The whole place is really well set up for a group, and it made our trip feel effortless. On top of that, it’s only about 15 minutes from the beach, and 20 minutes from the airport, which was super convenient. We’d absolutely recommend Sandra and her beautiful villa to anyone planning a trip to Mallorca!

The Crystal Bay is a beautiful, clean place. Florian is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The views are incredible and can be viewed from every room in the villa. The heated pool is lovely and a good size. There are plenty of places to relax inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. Cala pi beach is easily accessible from the villa, it’s a short walk (down steps), there is also a couple of shops nearby with a bakery and a few really lovely restaurants. We will hopefully return in the future!
