This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

This place was a pleasant surprise, despite the location in the city the house has a lot of outdoor space, it is ideal for putting together a picnic with friends and family or some event. Everything is very well cared for, clean and ready to enjoy

Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal churrasquera space. Without asking Jorge offered us to change the date if we wanted due to the rains but we decided to stay, and the next day we had to go he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" very nice too and all the spaces that had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10

Place is real big and has everything you need to feel right at home. The owner was very nice and answered any questions asked. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

It is a lovely independent house within a gated community. So it is safe and very comfortable inside. You can rock yourself in a hammock overlooking a green garden.

The apartment has everything tailored to a perfect stay. The host was very helpful at all times. I'll look for it again on my next trip. 10 out of 10.

Good location and responsive host.

We were very pleased with how spacious the apartment was and the balcony especially. The host was very kind and allowed us to enter 2 hrs earlier and leave 1 hr later which we really appreciated. The building staff were very friendly as well.

The apartment is new, well maintained, with beautiful furniture, cozy and with an incredible view of the city. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and all the utensils for our comfort. My family loved it. Johanna always communicates quickly with us and is very attentive. There was a small problem with the bathroom cleaning and they quickly sent a person who cleaned the entire apartment very well. We would be back for sure.

I stayed here for two weeks, it's really beautiful to look directly into the trees from the window. Only the internet is a bit slow, except for that this place is perfect!

We had a fantastic stay. Franz was a great host, very responsive with excellent communication from start to finish. The location is perfect, right across from a shopping mall with many modern restaurants, and just a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and food court. The historical centre is only a short Uber ride away. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely view from the balcony. It was very comfortable and well set up. The building felt safe with 24-hour manned security, and the guards were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
