The Host Márius was always very attentive and promptly answered all questions, the accommodation was very clean and modern, and had everything we could want in a house, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, AirFry, blender, television with more than 200 channels, sufficient internet access for those who work, I was on vacation, but I checked in 10 days before going on vacation, and as I work from home, I had no access or connection problems, I would definitely come back, a great place, the pity is that I was injured and had to give up my last week, because I was at greater risk of health complications. And as for the location, I don't even need to comment, I went by car and the location is easily accessible to Porto Seguro, Santa Cruz de Cabrália, Arraial D'ajuda, Trancoso, etc.... he gives many good tips for tours and places to visit

We had an amazing stay in this apartment! The space is pleasant, comfortable and has all the utensils you need for an excellent experience. Bed linens, blankets and towels were clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was flawless. The leisure area of the condominium is wonderful, with a swimming pool of warm water and a flowery and well-kept garden. The availability and attention of the host, Paulo Victor, was exceptional. He was always attentive and did everything to make our experience unforgettable. I and my family love and highly recommend! We will definitely return!

I quite liked the structure of the apartment, I did not lack n a d. The location is great. Near cafeterias, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars. The Hosts were very helpful and great! Very good! I recommend it!

Excellent Apartment! New ground floor apartment, all air-conditioned, with great quality furniture and fixtures. All very clean, organized and comfortable. The location is privileged - just cross the street and you are at Praia do Mutá, one of the best in the region for families. As a point of attention, there were a lot of mosquitoes (probably due to the time of year), so it is good to bring repellent. The nearest supermarket is 1.7 km away, which may require a trip. Overall, the stay was excellent. The property has a great structure and the hostess was attentive. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Very good and quiet house is within a condo of mas segurança, Air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room to scare away the muriocs of bahia, House complete to live, q pen q is so for a season :/.

The house is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, organized, with daily housekeeping and cleaning, check-in and checkout without bureaucracy, super nice and attentive staff.. The location is more than perfect, a short hop from the main beaches of Porto Seguro, shops, markets, bars and pharmacies also very close! Claudia, who is responsible for contacting and mediating between guests and the caretaker, is a 1000!!! Always very friendly, attentive, answers all questions quickly, and gave us several tips.. We loved the stay, we'll be back for sure!”.

We live happy moments! We will definitely be back. Well located space, supermarkets and restaurants close by. A few meters from the beach, a busy place. Safe condominium, functional leisure area with wonderful pool around, quiet and clean. The functional space with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, towels and bed sheets of good quality. 2/4 air conditioner running well, all impeccable. Although it does not use the kitchen much, it has all necessary utensils. We went in 5 people, it was very quiet. But the space is comfortable for 4 people. Township up to 6, on 2 extra mattresses, which you can place on the floor of the room. Great cost beneficial, safe place, clean, mould and mite free, comfortable. Host request, resolving. We love!

New Duplex, great swimming pool, super organized condominium, everything was impeccable, cutlery bedding and new bathrooms. duplex close to everything, it was really like this one in the photos, helpful host, it was quick, it was worth renting, I'll be back for sure.
