The stay was very good. Very new apartment, well located among the best beaches. Hostess Euzimar was very nice. She gave us some tips for tours. Everything was very good. Until we return soon.❤️❤️

We had a good time, wonderful pool, excellent location, close to markets, pharmacy and especially the beach!

Location is the same as in the photos. It has a swimming pool, TV in the living rooms and bedrooms, bathrooms in good condition and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator and cutlery, as well as a laundry area. The house accommodates five people, which was my case, and I believe a few more if needed. The only point that left something to be desired for me was the cell phone signal that did not work inside the house and the internet signal that is good only in the living room, other than that it was perfect. If a router were installed inside the house to repeat the signal, I believe it would solve it.

it was very nice to know the region the place is very pleasant as described in the advertisement and I would say that even a little more is the beach ladinho which, by the way, I considered one of the best here in the region, especially for those who have a swimming pool that has in the place that is very good well cared for by the employees unfortunately we can not enjoy it because it rained a lot in the days we came but knowing the region was worth a lot, for sure, we will return to another opportunity for sure.

I really liked the accommodation, the street is half strange, the more it is close to the beach, to go on foot, there was no communication with the reception of the residential, because the pool has a day of cleaning and was not informed. It passed the wrong password of the wi-fi to us, we spent 3 days using our mobile data, until we informed Deane and she quickly resolved and passed the password correctly. apart from that, just compliments, clean and organized flet and recommend it.

Our stay was perfect. The Mutá beach is delicious, warm water and calm. It is 15km from Porto Seguro, and the highway to the city has a lot of traffic in full periods, but we were looking for a place without a lot of muvuca, so it was great. The condominium is very cozy, and the apartment was clean and organized. Overall, I highly recommend!

apto is exactly like in the advertisement. The very helpful Lucas host, every time I need to get in touch, I get a quick return. The apto is well located, close to several shops, close to the beach too, we spend 10 minutes to reach the beach. There were bedding and cooking utensils on site, but the pots are not so good, they always burn the food. Another negative point is the fact that there is only a small mirror in the Apt, the ideal would be to have a larger mirror in one of the rooms. But these are just details that don't interfere very much. Our stay period was excellent, the neighborhood very quiet,all very nice. I recommend it!

Great location, close to the beach, next to the tent of Gaúcho, in front of the condominium there is a little square that is a few food trailers, has a market in front of the square, there is a restaurant nearby, the condominium is very quiet, without noise, a very large pool with the warm water, a house with good space.

Everything was very pleasant, from the first contact with Esther, she even received us, accepted early check-in, which made our arrival much easier, very clean place, organized, real photos, very quiet neighborhood and a 5-minute walk to the beach, several good tents nearby, easy to get around by Uber or bus to go to the center or Coroa Vermelha, supermarket nearby, everything was really wonderful! Safe and quiet condominium, including security, which is a super positive point for me, I walked at night in the neighborhood alone or with two children and I felt completely safe! The location is like the photos shown on the website. It has 02 rooms on the upper floor that are small, but that fit 01 king bed and 1 single bed, which optimized the space. The kitchen is very well-equipped for big families, as was our case, and we had no problem cooking. The bathrooms have a very good size, however the shower is very close to the wall, so a suggestion is to put the longer barrel or change it for shower, to make it easier to shower. The site is very beautiful, close to the beach and several excellent stalls to spend the day. The staff at the condominium reception is very attentive, helpful and good face to meet us. The hostess was sincere when she warned that only two vehicles could stay inside the condominium, which avoided problems when we arrived. Very attentive and always responds quickly to messages sent. Anyway, we are very happy with the place and recommend it to those who have a large family. It was very worth it!
