Marina was an amazing host. The place was right in the center of everything. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that she said walk right into apt from street level. Didn’t mentioned elevator because it sounded like You walked right into. We had to drag six huge suitcases up 15 narrow stairs. Besides no elevator it was perfect

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Alice’s place! The location is central and the place itself is very spacious. Alice was communicative and helpful during our time in Venice. Would recommend!

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Ottima scelta per chi vuole visitare la zona, usufruire delle bellissime ciclabili intorno alla Laguna, a cui c'è accesso diretto verso ogni direzione, oppure verso le spiagge. La piscina a disposizione è il massimo per rilassarsi dopo una pedalata. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che serve, è spazioso e il grande giardino è davvero un valore aggiunto. Monika è gentilissima, professionale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Hier und da müsste mal was repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und der See ist weder zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet, aber das alles hat der Pool wieder gut gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Semplicemente perfetta! La casa vacanze ha superato ogni aspettativa: pulizia impeccabile, arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e dotazioni complete. Ogni spazio è stato pensato per garantire comfort e relax, e si vede che c’è grande attenzione all’ospitalità. La posizione è ideale: tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Ottimo anche il supporto dell’host, sempre disponibile e gentile, con preziosi consigli sulla zona. Ottima soluzione, torneremo sicuramente!

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Loved this two bedroom apartment. Ground floor, easy access, very clean. Our host, Elizabetha, met us on arrival, in fact, flagged us down from the balcony. Was flexible in our early arrival and early morning departure. Met with us personally and described area, transportation, restaurants. Apartment was very well equipped. AC worked very well. Very quiet location. Easy access to water, taxis and walking.

It was a great location near Rialto. Easy to walk to restaurants and to take the ferry to the train station.

Silvia’s place was peaceful and beautiful. Right in the heart of Venice we had a great time exploring the city and local food. Would definitely recommend for other small groups of friends!

Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Frederico est même venu nous chercher à l'arrivée du bateau pour nous accompagner jusqu'au AirBnb. Le logement est conforme à la description, il était parfait pour notre séjour et très bien aménagé ! Situé dans un quartier calme mais très facile d'accéder aux quartiers plus animés de Venise ! This place was located conveniently close to the train station but enough from crowds to have peace. It’s close to plenty of coffee stops, a grocery store, and water bus stops. Totally recommend. We had plenty of room for us and our two kids

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise dans l’appartement de Jessica. L’appartement était impeccable, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pied. Jessica a été une hôte exceptionnelle, à la fois réactive, bienveillante et pleine de bons conseils qui ont vraiment enrichi notre expérience. Grâce à elle, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. My extended family of Mom, teenage daughter, husband, and I had a great stay in Venice. The location is incredible, and it feels private. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and it is near several boat stations. We were able to get to Saint Mark's in a leisurely 30-40 minutes.
