Apartment holiday rentals in Santa Croce, Venice

A fantastic place to stay in Venice, within easy reach of the Train station, Piazzale Roma and Vaporetto or just walk everything was within a 20/30 minutes walk. Some great restaurants in the area and our hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

As advertised! Really enjoyed the place. And the view did not disappoint.

The view from the bedroom is unbelievable and spectacular and we never wanted to leave. We had the best experience here and we cannot wait to return. It was peaceful and quiet in Giudecca and a very easy 3 minute boat ride across to the main island. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and it was lovely having Ima meet us at the boat ramp when we arrived. Our hosts were responsive and kind and Venice will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

Excellent communication with the host. Chiara provided lots of recommendations on what to do and where to eat without me asking. Shout out also to Julia who helped us during checkin and checkout and called me immediately to let me know that I have left my shoulder bag with some valuables!

It was a pleasure to stay with Viorica once more. The third floor flat has a wonderful terrace with a retractable awning that provides full cover. We had lunch and drinks on our own terrace every day. Viorica is a lovely person who takes pride in ensuring all is perfect and you have a great stay. My wife has brilliant chat with Viorica, practising her Italian language skills. We visit a lot of local restaurants, with fabulous food on offer. The location is very good and easy to use as a central point to allow walking to all the areas. We have visited Venice on many occasions and confirm that this is the best apartment ever, we look forward to returning in the future. When we entered this room, we were shocked. The look of the house, including the light and the feeling of the light, was exactly the same.The light coming from the patio below made the whole room very bright, and it rained heavily in the afternoon when we arrived in Venice, so it was very comfortable to stay in the room.It is also very convenient to cook.In addition, we are very grateful to the owner for providing us with thoughtful service, so that we can travel freely with large suitcases.

The house was exactly as described! It had chilly air conditioning, the perfect location and a super responsive host. My film for my film camera got destroyed and the host even went and purchased some for me and had it waiting on the table, when I arrived. I thought that the bed/pillows were fine and we slept great!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - away from the hustle and bustle but still close to wherever you want to be. We had a slight mishap with the shower drain but they explained that this happens rarely during high tide given that the unit is on the ground floor. And they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Also the private transfer they arranged for us was absolutely worth it. It is a bit pricey BUT we felt it was worth the convenience and not having to worry about a thing...and the private water taxi itself is like a beautiful boat tour of Venice. We would gladly stay here again if/when we make it back to Venice!

Excellent stay. Wonderful location a little removed from all the noise and commotion, but still walkable to everything. The water-door is a very cool feature. It was very nice to have two sinks and toilets for a family of 4. Only negative is the sofa bed. It is very basic and if you had to sleep on it for several nights that would be tough.

This place was absolutely wonderful. it was gorgeous and spacious. we loved spending the mornings and evenings in the garden. i would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was the best stocked AirBnB in my month in Italy. Real home away from home experience. It is as described in her photos with some lovely welcome touches. It is close to the train/bus station in a quiet area. Communication was effective and timely. Siria was very thorough with directions and entry. Would stay here again for sure! Nicole is the best host! Her place is spotless, quiet and the outdoor space was beautiful. We loved staying on Giudecca away from Venice crowds but with great things to do and great restaurants. We would recommend Nicole’s place to anyone.

Fabio was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb. He went out of his way to meet us at the train station, arranged for a water taxi to take us from the train station to the apartment, ensured we were settled in at the apartment, set us up with a water taxi back to the train station, and even escorted us to the water taxi station on our way out. He was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

What a great stay for us. We were there for seven days and it was such a smooth stay. Marco meet us nearby after a few travel delays and was there with a smile and helping hands. He helped us haul our luggage to the apartment and walked us through everything we might need. He made sure we had his cell number for any emediate needs. The places was lass than a 10 minute walk from the airport vapperetto drop off and less than a five minute walk to the stop on the grand canal. It’s a perfect place to stay with local restaurants so close and a fresh market less than 100 meters from your front door. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Views from the living room windows of the main canal is what you want. If we ever return to Venice, I know where we will be staying.

Micaela was a wonderful host and her place is exactly as described. It is in a perfect location for Venice as you’re a short walk to all the major sites while being in a quieter area with plenty of things to do nearby as well. Highly recommend!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Wonderful stay! Our host was very friendly and told us a both of recommendations on what do in the city. My friend and I loved the bath tub and sauna! Would stay again.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!
