Loft holiday rentals in Santa Croce, Venice

Veronica’s flat is a real find and perfect for an extended stay in Venice. It was more spacious than expected and has lovely views over rooftops and canals. We were very comfortable and felt very at home. It was good to be able to buy local produce and cook in the simple but well equipped kitchen. Any problems we had were quickly sorted by Veronica’s team. I would certainly recommend this apartment to others and hope to return again sometime in the future. Thank you Veronica, Sergio and team.

Our stay was perfect! The location could not be better. The vaporetto is right outside, it took only 8 minutes to walk to the train station. The Alilaguna brings you from the airport right to Christina’s. So many good places to eat and drink. We walked all over and really felt we experienced Venice. So quiet in the apartment with the most comfortable bed and lovely shower and bathroom. Thanks Christina! I hope we get to come back!

A very warm and welcoming host. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's stay, with a small convenience store and a bus stop a short walk away. 10 minutes by bus from the dock, going to Venice is very simple.

Lovely place, quite area, and really close to the biennial - 8/10 minutes to Arsenale, 3/5 minutes to Gardini. the fairy is also 3/5 minutes away and working till night. the hosts were great and really helpful. we would like to come back.

Apartment was ideal for our Venice visit! Nicely located, everything as described and very nice communication. They were picked up from the bus stop, and received very good recommendations. Wonderful all around!

Booked a couple of days before your departure, this apartment surprised us in a positive way. The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from Piazza San Marco but on a very quiet street. The photos do not make the apartment spacious, with a large and a small bathroom even in the double bedroom. Beautiful solution of the two single beds on the mezzanine, also ideal for children. Fully equipped kitchen and host are always ready to respond very quickly. Highly recommended for visiting Venice.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! We loved all the space for our family of five. The outdoor terrace was lovely and the architecture in the apartment was so unique! We loved the view from the windows onto the canal and the rooftops. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Brunilda was very responsive any time we had a question. We felt like we were living like Venetian royalty in this apartment. We would highly recommend!

Charming attic flat, even better than it looks in the photos; all the kitcheware and other oddments we could have wanted, including a vast supply of coffee pods.

We've been at home. The apartment has everything you need and more to feel comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, out of Venice traffic, but only 15 minutes from the Ponte dell 'Accademia. It has a supermarket right next door. Jyoti was a great host, very responsive and kind to us.

We were guests in Sandros apartments for the second time for the Venice Film Festival, and again everything was perfect. The apartments are very nice, comfortable beds and really great bathrooms. Sandro was, as always, a great host, always answering right away and helping us with everything we needed. We especially liked the location of the place; very, very quiet, but in the other hand close to the nice Campo St. Margherita, which is more lively at night then other spots in Venice can be. Thank you very much!

Don’t hesitate just book it! Stop overwhelming yourself with options… I’m so glad I grabbed the apartment. Great location. Easy access. Taxi or Uber Black or Uber taxi can drive in the restricted ZTL zone and drop you at the gate. We LOVED having a bit of extra space after being in a hotel for a week. The laundry in unit was great for refreshing before the next leg. The appertivo outside the entry gate to the right is good and very active so enjoy a beverage and snack outside the front gate. We rented a car via the app Volvero Padua! It was awesome. It shows you the cars in your area. Support guy made it easy to sign up. Car was 5 minutes walk. 5 minutes to get keys from the owner and off to the Terme spa we went! Love love Matteo too!
