We loved the property - spacious, modern, clean - all lovely!

Our family enjoyed staying here. The close proximity to the pool was nice for kids as well as adults. It's very functional with every bedroom having its own bathroom and plenty of relaxing space. Nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of St. George but accessible within just a few minutes.

Beautiful home. It was set up very nice with the main bedroom separated from the kids/guest bedrooms which allowed for more privacy. The expansive windows let you take in the view, along with the sliding patio doors which gives it an indoor/outdoor feel. The pool/patio is the heart of the home, which is perfect for family. The huge living room and kitchen make it easy to cook and provide a relaxing space for a large family. Check in was clearly stated and super easy. We arrived late at night and everything was perfectly prepared. We had an issue with the water heater and someone was there within an hour of us messaging the host to fix it. It was fixed within another hour and worked the rest of the trip. The rental team is very responsive and easy to understand. Clean up is very straightforward. We stay at rentals often, so the easy list was refreshing. Overall, a top tier stay. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is a beautiful home in a great area. It had everything we could have needed and was very comfortable. We have 6 boys and they loved the house and all the pools and water places to play. It was also very close to a lot of outdoor attractions and trails, which is why we come down here to visit. I have nothing but positive things to say about this home. We would love to stay here again.

This place will be one of our favorites. Definitely will stay again. Clean, private, and quiet. It was comfortable. For a couple of home bodies this was the best stay away from home. Close to our son's school. Grocery store and a few restaurants right down the street. Look forward to staying when the weather is a little cooler so we can check out the pool and use the walking trail nearby. Snow Canyon National park close by with great trails and scenery. JoAnna makes herself available for questions and communication was great. Definitely a five star experience.

Beautiful home in great location close to the pools and pickleball courts. House was clean with plenty of room for everyone and had all the amenities we needed. It was fairly noisy after midnight when teenagers were screaming and yelling in the pool well after the pool was supposed to be closed, but we still had an enjoyable time.

This home is an Airbnb gem - if you’re looking and it’s open, book it. It is totally serene, the view is amazing, and the house is stunning inside. Everything is new, high quality, and well decorated. Very relaxing and serene. Ivins is a special spot, just outside of St George. Hike in Snow Canyon, theater at 5 Tuachan, trip to Zion. Perfection.

This was an amazing stay. This home was super cozy & so worth the drive! I also loved the area and the pool was amazing. 10/10.

This was the best Airbnb we stayed at. Clean, spacious, beautiful location, and responsive host. Everything was exactly as described in the listing or better. John, the host, was always just a text away. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which is a huge bonus for privacy and also when everyone gets back from the pool and wants to take a shower. A lot of attention was paid to the little details, from a fully stocked kitchen, to labels on the light switches. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the water park is literally 90 seconds away by foot. Everyone in my party had a blast and will definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing place and amazing view! High end finishes and comfortable beds. Steam shower and washer and dryer in master bathroom was a plus. We spent most time enjoying the view. Kitchen is full stocked. Nice coffee machine and blender. We made breakfast everyday and went hiking in Zion National Park during the day. The hot tub and pool are right next door. Can’t ask for a better location. Very private and serene.

Went for a golf trip to St George with my sons and the home was perfect. Eight beds in total and the bunks were queen size, which my sons really appreciated. Home was also very clean in all respects.

From the moment we checked in to this lovely property, we knew we had chosen well. It checked all the boxes on our wish list for our family of 5. The master suite was AMAZING with en-suite that looked and felt brand new. The other 3 bedrooms were very comfortable as well. We utilized the outdoor pool and hot tub every day after our activities. Alesha was a very kind and responsive host. She was so generous with offering amenities like lots of towels for shower and pool, pool floats, outdoor grill, bicycles and much more. The neighborhood was quiet, with homes showing tremendous pride of ownership. It was an easy drive to activities like golf and hiking as well as to shops for provisions and restaurants. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more!

Had a fantastic weekend at Devin’s place! The space was very large and perfect for our group. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool!

Brooke was always responsive and respectful. Definitely will stay here again. We had 10 people and the space was amazing so no one got on each other’s nerves. Having the large amount of bathrooms was such an asset. Definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The house is on a beautiful golf course, very quiet, very peaceful. The house is close to Zion and Sand Harbor Park as well. We also enjoyed the fun board games the house had as well as the ping pong table. Thanks for a great trip!

The house was spacious and showed better than the listed photos. The home was very clean and centrally located to many points of interest. It is a short drive to the Springdale entrance and the Kolob entrance of Zion. It is also a short drive to Cedar Breaks National Park. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Zion and hope to one day visit again

This was hands-down the cutest house we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Every little detail was so thoughtful and intentional. From the moment we walked in, we could tell how cohesive and well put together everything was. The aesthetic and the location is just perfect. Right in the best area, close to everything we wanted to do. But honestly? We barely wanted to leave. The house was so cozy and inviting that we found ourselves just wanting to stay in, relax, and enjoy the space. If you’re looking for a place that feels special, is beautifully styled, and is situated in a prime location, this is it. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for a part of our honeymoon and it was perfect. It was quiet and gave us privacy. The views are amazing in the morning, when the sun is hitting the mountains. It is worth every penny. We will definitely be returning!
