Stayed here for one week with my wife and a kid. Apartment was clean, comfortable, had everything that we needed. Be aware of the noise, that could come from the outside and from the neighbors.

a fantastic apartment for a couple, with everything you need for a stay. even super interesting books and gift chocolates. very nice area and no annoying noises. very recommended. even allowed us a last check out

Excellent host, the place is really centrally located, quiet, comfortable, economical, recommended for anyone who wants to go to the National University of Mar del Plata or the beach, accessible place, everything is very close and Susana is ready to help with anything you need

The apartment is amazing. I love the location, the area is super quiet and if you go by car parking it will not be a problem (beyond the garage). Everything coincided with what was posted but if I have to emphasize something good they would be the views from the balcony, the comforts in general and the cleanliness.

It is a beautiful area in Mar del Plata. By day it is a quiet and moving neighborhood, by night it is quiet and accessible to places of food and rotistery. The beach, close by, what more to say. The apartment is comfortable and as shown in the photos. Nice patio for breakfast in the morning sun! Volveriá, yes!

the area is very quiet, there is a very complete neighborhood market 2 blocks away and about 8 blocks you start some bars to go. Most of the streets except the US diagonal in the area are ripio. The house is in perfect condition and very comfortable, a beautiful patio that my dogs and we really enjoyed us. Definitely to come back!! Thank you hosts x everything!!

Rocio's house is very nice. We felt very comfortable, the beds are super comfortable for sleeping and has everything to transport to another era. From its street-facing balcony, to the barbecue space. Very spacious to be able to have a place for everything, I would definitely stay in his house again.

Perfect cabin. We went as a couple with two kittens, they were very happy and the whole place was fenced, which made it perfect for them to explore. Juana's home is well located, although not next to the Center, it is very easy to get there by car. There are many neighborhood markets, Carrefour. It's easy to manage for a family. The place is perfect for 4 people, there is room for 6. We had a few minor problems with a plug, but nothing else. Easy to fix. On the other hand, although Juana is the host. It's Henry who's close and available. As a person, he is excellent. Super understanding and kind, willing and quick to help with everything you need. We are grateful for how you received and treated us.

Great host and great place! The apartment is the same as the photos, spacious for 6 people, comfortable patio and quincho. Steps from the sea, you can see and hear it at all times Camet Norte is a super quiet area to relax and enjoy as a family. Diego is always available to solve our questions, a genius! cute delto, very clean and bright. The only detail I can highlight is that it lacks kitchen utilities. But the rest is all good, good location and good hosts!

The depto. is as it is published in the photos, for us the security on both balconies and the garage was something that weighed quite in the decision to rent because we have a small girl. The place has an ideal location, close to the Hotel Provincial but also close to Güemes. The kitchen, very complete (we did not cook but we had utensils available in case of wanting to). The pool is heated and was something we didn't know so it was a nice surprise and we were able to enjoy it quite a bit. To repeat, without a doubt. Thank you, Fernando!
