Super good, the house is impeccable, well equipped and close to two beautiful beaches. If you like people you go out and walk two blocks, if you don't like people you walk 5 more and have a beautiful hidden beach. If you need anything feel free to consult Gaston, a capo. I would go back and highly recommend it.

Casa Valencia seemed like a great place to stay. Excellent location. Super comfortable, with all the sercicios for a very good stay. I was spotless and Macarena is very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Vero's house is very welcoming, with very nice details that generate a beautiful energy, the house is comfortable and impeccable, it has everything you need to spend a nice stay, kitchen, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, utensils of all kinds. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute, on the avenue there are businesses of all kinds. I'm a genius, very kind, very good communication and very comfortable check-in and checkout. We were 5 friends and really the house is super comfortable, beautiful area, meters from the beach, places nearby to eat or shop for cooking. Everything spotless, we would definitely come back.

The place is according to the price and the photos. Clean and comfortable. The only thing you can is the village style that manages chapa, but it's part of the trip. Having mdq there just for dinner or doing some daytime activity you don't friction at all practically. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. At night you can hear the toads. You sleep well. Juan is re understanding, te gives tips of beaches, places to eat, etc. Check-in is also easy. Do all of you. Back

We spent some beautiful nights from Thursday, April 17 to today, April 20. What can I say about Juan excellent attention at all times. The house is beautiful, beautiful neighborhood, very nice houses and super quiet. The main highlight was the mattresses, well hard and comfortable. We were 6 people and we were all very comfortable in the spaces that the house provides. I know that I can rent to Juan again as we love Mar Del and we go whenever we can during the year as I have more rentals. Thank you Juan. They rent with confidence, they will not regret it. Something important that I leave us white clothes, not all do it. Thank you.

The apartment is just like the photos. The location is unbeatable, close to the beach but in turn close to the center and with excellent access to different collective lines. It is very well equipped and very comfortable and bright. The guys are very friendly and predisposed. I recommend it

The apartment has a spectacular view of Mar del Plata. Super well located for a walk along the coast. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. We had a great time, and the super host!

What can I say about Adriana? First time using Airbnb and I had a very pleasant experience. She was an excellent host, predisposed and very kind. The apartment is excellent, unbeatable location, good taste, cozy, warm, super comfortable beds, unbeatable cleanliness. The apartment area is ideal, super safe, steps from the beach and the waterfront. The incredible views, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. I can't wait to enjoy a few days in this place again 💗🫶🏻

Beautiful apartment and great location. The photos don't show how beautiful the apartment is, mainly because of the sea views. It has the peculiarity that the front has a view of the sea and the back also! By the curve that hits the coast. Everything is clean, fully equipped and very well heated. It was a pleasure to stay here, we will definitely return.

Great location and very comfortable apartment!

Nieves' apartment was just what we were looking for. A beautiful view for a cold weather weekend. The heating and shower work perfectly and beyond the outside weather and the large windows, being able to contemplate such a view in a warm climate inside was a pleasure. The apartment is everything you see in the photos, beautiful!!! The location allows access to the center of Mar del Plata on one side and Chapadmalal on the other, two destinations we wanted to visit. Thank you Nieves for the kindness and warmth!

Elena’s place is beautiful-the apartment is exactly as described: modern, comfortable, and fully equipped, with everything in perfect condition. It’s also in one of the best locations in the city, close to great restaurants and shops. Elena’s communication and attention were outstanding. She provided great recommendations for nearby places to visit and remained attentive throughout our entire stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is located in a very good area, it is close to all the tourist places and the bus stations. It has everything you need to spend a few days and it is quite quiet to rest at night, I would definitely stay again in the same place.

Everything was excellent! We were able to rest very well. Everything is very clean, in perfect condition. There were more things than you really need. Very nice area. Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.
