Everything was perfect! The house was impeccable, very well equipped and as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is super quiet and comfortable. The host was very kind, attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

This was truly the perfect place for our family (8 people)! Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The terrace with pool was such a bonus. We look forward to our next visit so that we can book this great home again!

Very good with the place, quiet area, quite spacious place and has everything you need so you don't have to go out, there is a pool, gym, the views of the hills are incredible, just that yes, a little far from everything but otherwise everything is fine.

We reached out to Ana to check in early and she was able to accommodate us. Ana was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is reasonably quiet, there's a few things in walking distance, and a ton of things within a short drive. The rooms with AC got very cool and the first floor without AC stayed relatively cool with the included fan. The house has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay (all the way from Florida). Is our second time staying here, and it won’t be the last one! I recommend to go to Nave Tampiquito (walkable distance) you can get good coffee, bread, and food in general!

Very comfortable house in a very quiet and safe area, the hosts responded very quickly and very kindly, they were always attentive. The house was impeccable, very clean with all the amenities, the rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was a manual with detailed explanations about your accommodation and I thought that was a very nice touch. My family and I loved it, 100% recommended

We stayed 2 weeks on vacation in this home and Bethia's place exceeded our expectations. Located in a gated community, it is in a safe and secure location. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home upon check in. The garden and mountain view is simply beautiful; plenty of flowers, plants and wonderfully decorated. The photos are an accurate representation. The turtle "farm" was a bonus that the grandchildren really enjoyed feeding them! Plenty of restaurants nearby and a 5 minute Uber ride to major brand supermarkets/malls. Also, a 10 minute walk to the nearest Oxxo for ice or convenient store items. Everything in the home worked flawlessly; air conditioning, hot water, gas grill, washer/dryer, etc. Good wireless internet and very new television/streaming service. We are very pleased that we chose this home and will certainly check for it's availability when we return to MTY. My only suggestion would be for outdoor seating to better enjoy the garden and outdoors.
