Villa is absolutely beautiful exactly like it is in the photos highly recommended, Would definitely stay here again villa is only a few minutes from the town by car. Everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen, right down to a third fridge in the outside barbecue area. We stayed with friends, as 2 families so eight in the villa and had plenty of room. also separate areas for all of us so it never felt like we was all on top of each other I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here Till the next time 😎

Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10! This was the ideal place for a visit to the Algarve. Rosa was hands down the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond. Before I even arrived, she sent a detailed guide with everything I needed to know about the property, plus amazing recommendations for local restaurants, sights, and hidden gems. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had an incredible stay at Marisa and Fatima’s place!! They’re so lovely and friendly, super generous and really flexible with us which we really appreciated. The space is absolutely gorgeous, it’s quiet and has everything you need. We had a fab time and will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay with family and friends. Perfect to share with friends and their children. Such a beautiful villa and the grounds were perfect! The views were incredible and a lovely, responsive host! If only the weather could have been better for us! Would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful weeks stay. Everyone was exactly as described. We arrived very late at night but found the villa so easily from the pin drop provided and so easy to access. We received very welcome recommendations for restaurants and activities and tried a number of these which were excellent. We would definitely return as we enjoyed the villa so much.

We had a wonderful week in the house. The house is very cozy and offers everything you need. The garden with pool is great and we would come back any time. The communication and assistance from the landlord also worked out very well. We were very satisfied.

Perfect for our family stay. The location to the beach is unbeatable and the house had everything we needed + was clean. David & Beatriz were always responsive. Can’t recommend enough!

Very nice villa, great pool (glad we heated it!) and lots of space for our 13-person group. Bathrooms were splendid. It could have a bit more cleaning equipment for guests to use during stay, while parts of the plot aren’t as easy/safe for our 1.5yr old baby to walk around. Other than that: great! Hence, 5*

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

Beautiful place in a lovely area. The house looks just like the pictures if not better. It’s very functional and everything you might need is there. It’s located close to the beautiful beach. Everyone was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again . Thank you!

We four friends had a very nice time in this fantastic house and found exactly what we were looking for: sunrise, sunset, a view of the vastness of the mountains, absolute peace... The pool was my joy despite my injured leg! The house is furnished with great attention to detail, which also contributed to our relaxation! Thank you also for the friendly and helpful contact! After our vacation in Madeira was canceled due to a forest fire, we never thought we would find such beautiful accommodation at the last minute. We would love to come back!

Exceptional setting, quality home with hosts with onions (French expression😂! ) We are fortunate not to have shared the facilities because we were almost alone on the premises: Hammam, Jacuzzi, Massage , pool , Sauna 😍 The Villa is isolated from the rest of the city but ⚠️ be careful there are 2 or 3 additional lodges. In any case Mitchel and Selina are really great, respond quickly to the group's questions, adapt very quickly too and are smiling and full of nice little touches: breakfast several times, welcome beers etc ... Thanks again to them And I can't wait to come back in a few years to see the improvements that have been made to this little corner of heaven 🥰

Beautiful, immaculate property. Even better than the pictures. Everything about the place was perfect. Couldn’t have found a better place to come back to after long days of exploring the Algarve.

The accommodation was perfect, it was clean, spacious and well equipped. The outside area was the highlight with seating, sun beds, pool and bbq area. Bruno was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The location was a short uber/taxi from the main area (€5) which was no problem for us. A fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic week! We stayed at Villa Luz 37 – Terrace, Jacuzzi & Swimming Pool in Albufeira from May 27th to June 3rd and what a wonderful experience it was! Communication with Guilherme was exceptional: fast, friendly, and always helpful. The villa exceeded our expectationsL: spacious, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed the jacuzzi, the swimming pool, and the peaceful terrace. The hospitality, facilities, and service were outstanding. A well-deserved 9 out of 10 and honestly, it could have been even higher. Thank you, Guilherme, for an unforgettable stay!

Our family had a lovely stay - it was very relaxing, which was just what our family needed after our stay in Lisbon. Short distance from city center, but not an issue since we had a car. The cute pups on the property were a highlight. Highly recommend!

From first booking we had excellent communication with the owners. We decided to get the pool heated and use there transfer service. The pool was a good temperature on arrival and the transfer was excellent service. We were greeted at the villa by Pavel (Villa manager), he was very friendly, he showed us the working of the villa and what the area had to offer locally. We did have an issue with the A/C, we made contact with Pavel and the issue was sorted within a few hours (great service). Everything that was advertised on the listing page described the villa exactly. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to a return holiday at the villa.

Olhos De Agua is situated at one end of the Falesia beach a beautiful 6km walk from Villamoura. The villa is very close to a supermarket, local beaches and lots of great cafes and restaurants. It's less than 10 mins into Albufeira too. The villa is very spacious, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and clean. Getting around is easy by bus or Uber. Carlos was very attentive, he allowed us in early and out late. We had one problen which he was unable to fix with the air con upstairs. If you are large group and want a spacious villa with your own pool and a pool table and table tennis this is a great option. There is a building site over the road, thet were bricking when we were there so it wasn't very noisy

This place is fantastic. It is in a remote area; very peaceful and relaxing. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bedding and nice wine glasses. We enjoyed dinners at the great outdoor table every night. I only wish we were there for more time. Highly recommend!

To reiterate feedback from other guests, Ana is communicative and immensely helpful, the property is better than described/ pictures (the view and pool/ bbq area are highlights), and overall, the property is highly functional. We appreciated Ana’s recommendations prior to arrival, answering all our questions relative to staying with a 6-month-old baby, and her support promptly resolving a small issue whilst we visited. To other parents with young kids/ kids, we recommend this villa. We felt safe, and amongst other practical things, the blinds are truly blackout - this paired with a reasonably comfortable travel cot mattress, and aircon to regulate the temperature meant our son slept wonderfully each night and throughout naps.
