The stay was super peaceful and I was able to rest well. The apartment is exactly as advertised, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We had only two setbacks: an odor coming from the bathroom drain, which improved by leaving the drain closed, and the outlet above the bed that didn't work - but the other outlets in the room were fine. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend the stay!

The house is beautiful and in an unbeatable location. The decoration is impeccable, with attention to every detail, and the terrace with a view is a real plus to enjoy. The beds are very comfortable and everything is ready for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back.

The stay at the house was excellent! The environment was extremely clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Rita attended us very well, very attentive and friendly. The location is ok — it is a little far from the center of Ouro Preto, but in about 10 minutes by car you can get there easily. The bed is very comfortable and large, and the shower has very hot water. Our experience was great, we definitely recommend it!

The stay was great, the building's doormen were very kind to us. The house was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. Good value for money. The only points for improvement would be the bedding, which seemed old to me. And the bathrooms are very small, but I understand that there is not much to do. Just one caveat for future guests. Mariana was communicative and assisted with all the instructions for arrival.

I loved the house! Impeccable, clean kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We were greeted at the house with a light scent of incense in the air, a delight. The view from the balcony is a delight for our eyes, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, despite being close to a busy avenue. Although we pass through the hostess' room, Brunna is attentive when we are leaving to avoid discomfort to the guest and we bump into each other by chance, I found it to be a differential! I didn't see this as a problem as I saw in a comment. In addition, the only problem I can point out about this apartment is that we feel so at home that we believe we will return there at the end of the day, even after leaving. We're heartbroken haha Great location, perfect stay.

We simply love the space. Spacious, airy place, beautiful decoration. Really complete house. Excellent location, we did everything on foot. We parked the car on the street, near the Nossa Senhora do Pilar Church, without any problems. Great restaurants nearby. We recommend it!!

The apartment is very spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms as shown in the photos. Excellent location, close to everything and you can walk to Patio Savassi, for example. Frederico was a great host and answered questions promptly. I and my family feel at home

Overall we had a good and quiet stay.

We traveled as a family and the space met our needs satisfactorily. There were toys for the children and screens on the windows. Quiet condominium with playground and swimming pool, parking at the door of the building.

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!

Excellent duplex apartment. Kitchen equipped with enough utensils. Ample parking. Clean. Two bathrooms, hot water, good pressure. Friendly communication with the owner. The only thing is that until very late, like 1am, you can hear water running, pipes... the neighbors can be heard as if they were inside. And check-out is very early, 10am.

We stayed at your place again and, like last time, everything was great! The space is still super cozy, well maintained and with everything we need. Thank you very much for always maintaining this standard of quality and hospitality. We'll definitely keep coming back!
