Great stay, comfortable, new appartment and every thing went smoothly

Overall a great place to stay. Positive points: good heating; complete in appliances (with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster...); correct kitchenware; the bed seemed comfortable enough; the bathroom in good condition; has elevator; has a garage square of easy access (not very large, enough for a compact) and has storage. At least in Easter week there were no sleeping noises. Self check-in helps during check-in. The track distance is not long, about 600-700m. Communication with the property is also good. Negative points: More dishwasher tablets and/or mop items should be left, such as pans (there was no fairy, only friegasuelos); it is also appreciated to replace or keep chairs that are somewhat damaged. And leave an extra copy of keys. In general they are minor issues.

Joanna had very clear instructions on how to find & enter the appartment. The appartment was great, everything was well cleaned and we had enough towels. The appartment block is quiet, I don't know if it is just well isolated or that all neighbours respect each others peace of mind. The appartment has a dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and other convenient stuff. Right next to the appartment there is a start of a cool hiking route. The capital of Andorra is relatively close as well.

Excellent stay at Ramon's, a very responsive host who gave us clear instructions and tips for visiting the surroundings. Very well-equipped apartment with a nice view! Free private parking. I would recommend it without hesitation! Small bonus: Ramon welcomed us with our dog without any problems.

Very good and good deal

We really liked the accommodation, the village of Err and the surroundings. Ideal for disconnecting from the big city and living a high mountain village life. Nathalie is very friendly. The views from the terrace and windows are spectacular, it is very quiet, you can only hear the birds and insects. The sunsets are magnificent, ideal for breakfast/lunch outside on the terrace. I recommend staying as many days as possible. There are many hiking trails around as well as spas.

The apartment is as described by Toni, simple but enough to spend a few great days on vacation. We've been very comfortable. The description details the points to improve in the apartment, so you are not surprised. The communication with Toni and his great interest in making us at home was PERFECT. Very attentive, nice and thoughtful person. Thank you for everything.

We spent 5 days as a family very comfortable. The images and description match perfectly and have everything you need to make your stay the best possible. It is also in a very quiet place.

It was a great stay, the house is a wonder, unity in a charming town. The heating works great and the house comes with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the wifi works well. Parking is close by and very quiet. Francesc is attentive to anything and in our case he was even able to bring us some new kitchen utensils when we asked. 100% recommended

Cozy, comfortable, clean apartment at a good price. Good location and Maria Celeste is very kind. One drawback is that the sink and washbasin don't drain very well, but this is easy to fix. I recommend the accommodation and would definitely repeat.

Great apartment for an Andorra getaway holiday. High quality and great location. During the day we went skiing with friends and family and in the afternoon we enjoyed the sunset in the garden.

The stay was very satisfactory. The house is very comfortable as specified in the listing description. The area is very quiet and perfect for being with children too. Communication has been very fluid and they have been attentive to us at all times. We definitely recommend it!
