House holiday rentals in Sant Joan

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

We felt very comfortable at Mendi. A perfect stay if you are looking for peace and quiet in Mallorca. We also liked the small town of Alaro with its narrow streets and the very good gastronomic offer. The coast and beaches are also easy to reach by car. The view of the Tramuntana mountains from Mendis accommodation is really tramatically beautiful! We had planned to go hiking, but unfortunately it was much too hot. We will be happy to come back in the spring or autumn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The large pool and barbecue area are particularly noteworthy - perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and will be happy to come back!

I highly recommend this Airbnb stay! Communication with the host from the beginning was extremely friendly and straightforward. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and well maintained, and everything you need for a comfortable stay was thought of. The location was very good, especially if you want to experience a quiet stay. Check-in went smoothly, and we immediately felt comfortable. I especially liked the fact that the host gave me great tips for the area. All in all it was the perfect place for a getaway – we felt like at home. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Our group of five adults and a toddler loved our stay here. The house is massive, cool, well-equipped and with tons of special amenities that gave it a unique touch. Petra is a sweet little town with everything you need just a block over in the main plaça, and accessible to the rest of the island. The hosts were above and beyond communicative and provided us with extras for our little one to ensure our stay was optimal. Would come here again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Villa Rosa. The villa really has everything you need, was very clean and was very spacious. Laura was very helpful with recommendations and really cared about our wellbeing all the time!

Absolutely beautiful house and location! Be sure to bring a car, as it’s about a 30-minute drive to the beaches and a 40-minute walk to the nearest town — but it’s definitely worth it! Arta is so pretty and the house is the perfect place to wake up in the mornings and end your day.

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips for restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. We spent some incredible days in Sa Carrotja. We were looking for privacy and tranquility, and we found it all here. The private pool and the calm surroundings were the best. The location is great because it's very close to beautiful beaches. Definitely a totally recommended place.

This beautiful Spanish villa was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Santanyí so easy walking distance from all the restaurants, town centre and market stalls right outside the house on Wednesday / Saturday! Also a great place to explore the southern beaches. The villa has everything you need, stunning decor and architectural touches. Having a local mallorcan wine on one of the (3!!) terraces was bliss. Would recommend again and again

We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovingly furnished and offers great, fully comprehensive amenities and a very special view of the mountains. We would definitely come back.

Great place! Clean and well kept. We were 6 adults and a child and we had plenty of room. Located a little off the beaten path so it's a good idea to have a rental car. We had. Otherwise it's half an hour to drive to wherever you want on the island. A really great starting point if you want to bike. Several of us did.

Stunning house - the views are incredible. You are 5-10 mins from the central square but because of all the land around the house it feels lovely and isolated. We were there with a toddler. The house worked well for kids and the pool is fun. Because it’s on a hill there are quite a lot of layers / ledges. Little kids need to be watched! They were some toys and books which was great. The master bedroom is luxurious and romantic. Our second time in Fornalutx. Such a magical place. Highly recommend. Top tip: get a small hire!

We had a wonderful time in Daniela's dream house! The accommodation was perfect – we really didn't miss anything. We were particularly pleased with the lovely surprise of fresh eggs from their own chickens. The beds were super comfortable, the house very clean and tastefully furnished – just to feel good. There were four of us traveling - with my little daughter, my mother and my mother-in-law - and we all felt completely at ease. Thank you, dear Daniela, for your warm hospitality.

Diana’s house was a wonderful place to stay - the pool went down really well with our children and we loved the outdoor space. It is well located in Sineu and was a good base to discover the island. Thank you!

Larger than expected, spacious rooms, beautiful terraces, lemon tree, outdoor kitchen. We thought it was a nice environment.

Chris was a great host and made our entire experience seamless. He was quick to respond to questions and solve any hiccups we had during our stay. The place itself was quiet and well suited for a week in Mallorca. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoyed dining on the 3rd floor terrace. Chris’s place is centrally located which made it ideal for day trips around the island. It was especially easy to get into Palma, which is only 25 minutes away. Parking could prove challenging for guests used to driving North American roads. However, Chris provided a great list of alternative parking spaces within a short distance of the Airbnb. We found other spaces nearby which made parking even easier during our stay. Overall Chris’s place in Lloseta was thoughtfully put together and made our time in Mallorca memorable. Hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

We have just returned home after a magical week at Tomeu’s villa. If you are wanting a holiday to switch off away from the world and recharge this is it. The house is beautiful, rustic and authentic yet restored to a high level, everything has its place and is done to perfection. The swimming pool seems to be a guest favourite and we can see why. Our children adored the animals and having a peacock wander around the pool as you do your morning swim is surreal. The location is private and rural yet you can jump in your car and explore the island at ease. Always happy to return to your private space in the evening. Tomeu stayed up until 2am for our late arrival, he could not be more accommodating, him and his wife are wonderful warm hosts. He described his Villa as his dream and we agree. This place is good for the soul, we will definitely be back !
