Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sant Antoni, Eixample

Great Air BnB for a short term stay, we found the apartment easily thanks to the helpful instructions provided and the check in was informative and helpful. The apartment was clean and all amenities / recourses were just what we needed. There is a restaurant opposite that can provide some noise as the owners stand outside chatting but it was never anything that massively disturbed our sleep. There is also a dog that barks quite a bit from a neighbouring balcony so I would say if you are in the main bedroom (the front facing bedroom) you might want to take into account that it can be somewhat noisy, again nothing that massively impacted us but good to note! The hosts were super lovely and checked in with us before and during our stay to make sure we were happy and comfortable. It’s super close to the L4 metro line and a walkable distance to the Sagrada Família. There is also a bus route to take you to places like Park Güell. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend!

Excellent location. You're close to everything and in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was super clean and is much more spacious than in the photos. We were super comfortable and felt at ease. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Both before and during the booking Irina was so helpful and responsive. We arrived early and appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned. We were warmly welcomed by Anna and right after both Anna and Irina sent us restaurant and tourist site recommendations. The apartment itself was quite large with open plan living and dining areas. The kitchen was fully stocked with items needed to self cater. There was a coffee machine provided with pods for 50c. One bedroom was in a separate room while the other is in a loft area. It was great to have a washing machine, along with washing liquid and a clothes line outside the windows. The powerful air conditioning came in handy with the hot and humid Barcelona weather. Access to the apartment is via an elevator so no need to carry luggage up flights of stairs. Would definitely stay again when we return.

Without a doubt, this place is the reason why I love using Airbnb. Alex and his family were the best hosts I’ve had so far! Even before my arrival, they reached out to check if I needed anything. They explained how to get there from the airport and even shared great restaurant recommendations in Barcelona. The room (and the apartment overall) looks exactly like the photos. The bed is very comfortable, there’s a closet, air conditioning, a small fridge that fits everything you need, and a table with chairs. The bathroom is fully equipped: they provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. A big plus is that the apartment has two bathrooms. The dog is super friendly (I never even heard him bark!), and their son is a sweetheart – very polite and kind. There’s also a washing machine, and they take care of everything for you. Another great plus is that if your flight or train leaves after check-out time, they can store your luggage for you. Thank you, Alex, for being so warm

Lharty's place had everything I needed! A great place to come home to and rest after a busy day of sightseeing. Lharty is very accommodating and a wonderful host, I would most certainly recommend her place and visit again.

I liked that the room and the flat was very clean. And also appreciated Houria’s flexibility. For me the location was best because I needed to be close to the airport so I recommend it, especially if you have early flights.

Miriam has been very attentive at all times. The accommodation is charming and highly recommended, but some services advertised in the app are offered at an extra cost. We rented a house for 7 people and a few days before we asked for a supplement to set up a bed for the seventh person.

Xu's house is in a very convenient location with public transport (both subway and bus). There is a well-stocked supermarket and a playground in front. The photos reflect the reality of the house. For Barcelona, it's a good value for the money.

A wonderful house, we loved the accommodation, comfortable, large and beautiful house, it has spectacular views of the entire valley. David was very close and friendly and attentive at all times, he let us leave late on the last day to take advantage of the stay. You feel at home. We look forward to returning, thank you family

We had such a wonderful time here, a beautiful private terrace and so peaceful yet right in the middle of the city, one of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed too, with lots of info also provided on the nearby area, and Jaume was a very kind generous and friendly host. The best place we have stayed in the city over the years we’ve visited, and we immediately booked to return on our next visit!

Me and my friends were looking for a stay in Barcelona when we came across this and it did not disappoint one bit. Monica is a lovely host which is pro active and cooperative make sure she know what time we are getting there and leaving to meet us and show us around. We knew if we had any problems or if we needed anything she was only one message away. The house is in the lovely and tranquil area of alella which has restaurants and shops walking distance away from the house and the neighborhood was friendly. The house was clean and looked exactly like the photos, the view from the balconies were unreal and being able to jump into the pool when the Barcelona sun was shining was also amazing. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a chill and relaxing stay in Spain, you will not regret it. Hopefully we will be back one day, it was a pleasure :)

As described, the house is a bit off the beaten path, about 30 minutes' walk from the train station. Alex picked us up and also took us back to the train several times or picked us up on the way back in the evening. The other times we ordered a taxi. Since the location was known beforehand, this was not a problem. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is very pleasant. We felt absolutely comfortable and would come back any time.

we came with friends for 3 days and 2 nights, despite the language barrier, we communicated very well. The accommodation is impeccable, spacious, extremely functional. Everything we could have was available. Our host is available, responsive and concerned about our well-being. I highly recommend and keep the address for a future getaway with a girlfriend. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location with a huge patio to enjoy. Central and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. great communication. The only suggestion I would make is to have some fans in the rooms as it could get hot if you don't leave all the bedroom doors open at night. The internet does not work in the back 2 rooms at the front of the house due to distance from the modem. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and love what Barcelona had to offer!

This was the perfect place to stay! Close to Barcelona via public transport, and close to the beach and shops in Montgat. The place was exactly as described, very clean, and the host was very helpful. We did have a small issue upon checkout as the keys could not be located, however this was resolved relatively quickly and Fernando apologised for the miscommunication. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

Enzo went above and beyond for me. He’s very responsive when I asked any questions. He was not available when we checked in, but sent someone else to assist with check in. That person did not speak much English (and my Spanish/Catalan is not good either) but Enzo called during that time to explain the rules and to assist with check in by phone. The location has a beautiful view of La Sagrada Familia from the balcony, which looked very nice with the full moon. The rooms are smaller than appears in pictures but do match the descriptions and I found the bed comfortable. Also, Enzo goes above and beyond for his guests. I had an issue with a medication prescription, and he was extremely helpful, patient and flexible in helping me out, and made sure I got it sorted out. Amazing host!

great apartment in the heart of Eixample. it was our respite from the heat and busy of the city. very responsive host.

My 5 day stay in Barcelona could not have been better and this is largely due to this beautiful Air B&B. The views are amazing! Sitting out on the patio for sunrises and sunsets was a daily joy. It is easy to get everywhere from Martin’s place and it is relatively quiet. Both Martin’s were very responsive and kind. I would most definitely stay here again.

We liked this place a lot. It's very nice and it's very good. When we arrived the air was on and everything was very tidy. Guillermo has been very kind at all times.

Silvia was a brilliant host, she was very responsive to messages and helped us find the place. She was very understanding when our flight was delayed and allowed us to check in late. We found the appartment even bigger than the photos. The neighbourhood and apartment building was very nice and felt very safe, and the metro and buses were very useful for getting around. 10/10!

This apartment is lovely! Exactly like the pictures. The train to Barcelona is a 5 minute walk and 30 minute ride and couldn’t be easier to use. The shower in the apartment was really good along with all the kitchen and it was stocked with all the small things like salt/oil, pots/pans. The pool was great and the beach is basically on your doorstep. Luis responded straight away to every query I had and was a great host. Thank you
