Nice house next to Paris

Cocooning house located in a quiet pavilion area. 12 minutes walk from Sannois station and 20 minutes from Paris Saint Lazare by train. 40 kilometers from Disneyland Paris and 29 kilometers from Parc Asterix. Very nice bright house throughout the year and especially in summer with its garden. Parking is available on the street without a problem. Tranquility within 30 minutes of Paris, a good compromise to visit the capital. Party forbidden because the neighborhood is very quiet.

Quiet room 20 min from Paris.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place—or better hosts. Slyde, and especially Frederic, were more than just welcoming; they took the time to show me around and introduced me to wonderful people. I gained a lot of perspective both in art and life by having a lovely conversation with them. Aulnay-sous-Bois is a quiet yet vibrant and well-connected community, and the hosts represented the town perfectly. The room was cozy, and the house itself is filled with remarkable works of art. And as lovely as it was, it was also convenient—just a 3–5 minute walk to patisseries and grocery stores, another few minutes to the train station, and only 20–30 minutes from the heart of Paris. It was a beautiful experience—one that made it easy to call this place home, even if only for a few days.

Very good location near to the train station, what helped to reach Paris in 10-15 minutes. Stephane and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The house is quite old and probably needs renovation (at least common areas). What made me scared was that the house was moving on the night like someone was shaking it. I don’t know what it was 😮

Very nice quiet accommodation with a lot of attention to detail. Very well maintained and clean. We felt very much at home from the beginning. The accommodation is superbly located, also easy to reach by train. There are shops and various restaurants nearby. If you need help or tips, you can approach Chrystel. She lovingly helps. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We 100% recommend the place.

Zulfukar and his family were lovely and welcoming. I appreciate meeting them. They were thoughtful and considerate to me and replied extremely promptly if I ever needed anything. The place was spotless and perfect for me. The area was quiet and close to the train.

The accommodation is clean and very well located, close to the train station in a very quiet neighborhood. With the directions it's easy to find the address. The bedroom is located in an extension with its own bathroom, which allows for privacy. I was able to use the washing machine in the room, which was nice. And finally, the communication was pleasant, both before arriving and on site.

I had a great stay at Corinne's! The accommodation was as described, very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The welcome was warm and Corinne was available and attentive throughout the stay. Location is ideal, quiet and close to all amenities. I highly recommend this property and will not hesitate to come back!
