On one side of the townhouse there is a park with a large lawn, playground and a leafy mountain with nice viewpoints. A stone's throw from the house is the Göta River and a several kilometer long pleasant boardwalk with many cafés and restaurants. Large grocery stores, pharmacies, and system companies are a few-minute walk away. Parking space is included.

Our apartments are located in majestic Karlatornet on Lindholmen, Gothenburg. This apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with an open floor plan between kitchen and living room. It is newly built and fully furnished with a comfortable king size bed, a 3 seater sofa, a desk and a kitchen table with space for 4, as well as a dressing room. The bathroom has a generous shower area as well as a washing machine. The kitchen is stocked with brand new appliances and household items for your convenience.

This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by the ferry (12 min) that leaves 100m from the house. Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

En mataffär och flera restauranger finns inom 500 m. Sängkläder, handdukar och slutstädning ingår i priset.

Family-friendly house in a cozy residential neighborhood. Bright living room with a large sofa. Garden with swings, and a large terrace with an outdoor eating area and a coal grill. Private parking for two cars. TV with Netflix / HBO Max / Disney / Amazon Prime. Vinyl player & Sonos. We have a small dog at home and though we are very thorough with the cleaning, take that into consideration if you have allergies.
